Through years of yoga styles and fads, I've never been able to maintain a consistent, beneficial practice that connects all three virtues of strength, spirituality, and wellness until I had the fortune of meeting Deneene last February. The practice is customized to meet me where I am at physically and emotionally each time I approach the mat. Whether it's over Zoom, or sometimes in person, we designed a practice that has resulted in steady, incremental changes for long-term sustainability.
