I stopped by this location a few days ago while in the area, and my car came out much cleaner than at the Washington Ave. location I always visit in Houston. The car wash tunnel seemed to be longer and have more "steps" than other locations I have visited. I am removing one star because it took them more than ten minutes to acknowledge me, even though I was the only customer there at the time. Was always my go-to car wash when I dont have the time and/or the energy to do it myself. But the prices have gone up too much for the quality of service you get.I always have to have them do something once I get to my truck. The Absolute Worst Experience! I came here for a full car wash, both interior and exterior, expecting the level of service advertised. Upon arrival, I was approached by an employee who asked what I needed. I explained in detail, and he quoted me $46.00. That seemed fair--until I saw the final result. When my car was "finished," the exterior looked fine, and the floors had been vacuumed, but that was it. The dashboard and doors were still dusty, the seats hadn't been wiped, and the small bits of trash in my car were still there. I asked one of the employees at the pickup area about it, and he told me, "All we do is vacuum." I then spoke to the manager to express my disappointment, only to be told, "We don't do interior wipe downs." Excuse me? For $46.00, I was sold a service called the Titanium, and all I received was a glorified drive-through car wash and a basic vacuum job. This is unacceptable. For the price and the name of the service, I expected a complete, detailed cleaning--not this halfhearted attempt. Literally zero stars the interior cleaning was trash there was dirt debris and pieces of trash still on the carpet and underneath mats. Spoke to the manager and he said if it's sand it won't come out. (Car had no sand) might as well make this mister car wash self service. I'm so disappointed. Terrible service, terrible problem solvers, terrible management locally and nationally. I've had my windshield wiper ripped off they gave me to coupons for free car washes while I went and purchased new windshield wipers. I did a total inside and outside on 3 separate occasions and repeatedly have to point out the half assed vacuum job, the piss poor cleaning of my windows there always smeared and the terrible job they do of wiping down the inside of the car specifically the dash. I've stood in the waiting area pulled a manager over and showed her how my windows were being cleaned by the same rag that the door jams and the inside door panel was being cleaned with and the response was priceless "Oh he's new I'll have to all to him about that" not I'll have it done over but it should be fine it wasn't. Tried to get my car inspected. Waited at the service bay door in my car for a couple of minutes without being acknowledged, so I went inside. Waited inside, again for a couple minutes without being acknowledged, so walked into the service area asking for help. At that point I was told the inspection machine was down. I came to your facility on May 24th, $46 later, very disappointed. I just traveled the day before, there were still bug spots on the front end, I had to ask the attendant to remove. When I got into my vehicle, my primary focus at the moment was whether my car was vacuumed. As I arrived to my next destination, I noticed my dash was not treated, my steering wheel was not wiped down, and my drink compartment was not cleaned. Lastly, no Jasmine air freshener. Probably the worst decision ever was to stop by at this location. I decided to to get a quick wash through the drive thru (which I've never had an issue with in the past) before stopping to get groceries. I'm sure everyone is aware how the drive they wash works. You put your car in neutral and the machine just pulls your car through it while it washes and drys your vehicle. WELL WHILE IM IN RHE VEHICLE THE ROTATING BRUSH COMPLETELY YANKED OFF MY RIGHT SIDE MIRROR. I had no idea what to do, I actually started to panicked because when it yanked it off it went flying back. Well right before they dried my vehicle an employee noticed the mirror and damage and suggested I speak to a manager(Arthur.) Not once did he apologize. I had to ask for incident report because all he did was suggest I come back another day to explain to the other manager what had happened. I also had to request business cards and take pictures of the incident report I filled out(because he cared less to fill out his portion as the manager.) After all I never once thought that mister car wash would handle this situation so unprofessionally. I've been given the run around for almost a month even after I had to request surveillance tapes of the incident to prove the damage done. read more

I paid for the $46 wash which of the most expensive wash recommended as soon as you arrive by the worker. I also paid an additional $1 each mat to be cleaned. Once my car was supposedly complete, I walked over only to find ALL my mats dirty & untouched . I also had mud in my inner wells that I asked ahead of time "is that part covered in the wash" which they assured me was. Anyone with half way decent vision could see my car wasn't clean. When I brought it to the managers attention, he's asked to see my receipt, which I provided and he cleaned, but had such an attitude about doing so as if I didn't pay for the service. All in all Mister Car Wash is pretty good. I have the monthly subscription for unlimited washes and it works out pretty well. I keep the cars clean this way. The staff is friendly and most of the time you can get in and out without much delay...provided you are not there during peak hours. The negatives are not too bad. But these three things kept my rating from being higher. 1. The brushes have caught my front plate holder and broke it nearly completely off the front bumper, to the point where I had to have it fixed just to keep the plate on. I reported this to both management on site and through the website. There was initial response. But, then the ball was completely dropped. So, I ate the repair cost, after initially being told that they would take care of it. Eventually not so much as even a couple of free months to offset my expense. This is not an isolated incident. I have seen bent plates and plate holders on other vehicles coming out of the wash bay. It even started to bend the plate on my second vehicle...to the point where I took proactive actions and added additional bolts to the very edge of the plate and bracket to prevent any further damage. 2. Wheels are expensive to begin with. Fixing curb rash is also expensive. While this complaint is not about all of the attendants, it is about the majority. Take the time to guide the wheel into the center or at least the inside shoulder of the wheel. When it is busy, they have you so close to the vehicle in front, and there are so many people waiting that there is not enough visibility to perfectly align into the track without a little direction. Some of the attendants are vigilant about lining you up...others are not paying attention at all and just keep waving cars forward, regardless of alignment. 3. When it is busy, some people force their way into the line after coming through the gate. Common courtesy and waiting your turn are becoming a thing of the past. It doesn't bother me as much to wait as it does to get someone else's cheap basic wash instead of the ultimate car wash with all of the features that I pay for. If you use it a few times a month, the subcription is the way to go. A clean car is a happy car! read more

I run a fleet of vehicles and I have 10 vehicles using the carwash service. While they are very convenient, I struggle with the business losing my vehicles in their system at least 2x a month. They cannot locate the account (tag on the vehicle) in their systems. I track these tag numbers via a spreadsheet per vehicle. Next I am unable to access my online profile. I hit the "forgot password" button so that I can get a reset code. I never get the email. I check all spam folders etc. Nothing. Soooo... I wait on the customer phone line for an hour. And when I finally get a rep, she can't really help me except to put in a ticket to IT, who is supposed to call me back. Never got a call. It's been 2 months now and I can't expense my expenses because I can't get receipts which are on my profile. I even emailed them. No response. First chance I get to get inside they are going to be cancelled. I don't know how they stay in business. They certainly do not value customer service. As of this very moment I am on hold with customer service and it's been over 30 minutes. I recommend that you run from this company and spend your money somewhere else. Run! read more

I wish I would've read the reviews before getting my vehicle detailed. They absolutely don't do anything other than vacuuming your vehicle out. My dash was just as dusty leaving as it was when I drove in. I have leather seats and I spilled something on the seat that was easy to clean. It was still there afterwards. I'm not sure what the $46 is for and I tipped them. I will not be returning. I could've vacuumed my own car and drove through the car wash because I still have to clean the inside. This was the worst car wash ever! I paid almost $50 (tip included). They left dog hair when vacuuming as well as food that had fallen from my young son. The inside was "dusted" according to the manager. He didn't look concerned at all. He said they don't wipe anything down, it's just a light dust. If I had known this, I wouldn't have gone there. I pay for 4 vehicles on the unlimited wash program. I have had vehicles on this program for years. I currently spend over $100 Monthly. I come today and I usually dry my own vehicle. Well today I'm told you can't use the towels to dry it yourself. I asked for a manager and they say I can help you. Come on, your going to loose a customer who has been with you for years over the use of a towel. And by the way I still tip even though I dry it myself. Then I call to speak to manager and get voicemail box that is full and not accepting messages. Your customers are what has grown your business. There are other businesses that offer the same or similar services. Your customer service is seriously lacking. I know at these car wash locations you can't spend too much time on each vehicle...but don't wave the towel at me to come get my vehicle and it's still soak and wet...and there's still dirt around the car...I hate to be that guy to stand over someone to make sure they do what they're supposed to do...but I paid for a service...and I expect it to be done correctly...then after you do all that...tell me you're finished...well...what about my tires...will you show them some love...you have the receipt in your hand to show you I paid to have them done...I was really nice about the whole experience...because the gentleman that was cleaning it was older...and they pulled him from another vehicle to work on mine...all I wanted was my vehicle clean...I hate having to tell people what to do...but it got done...even if it was half ass...come on Mister Car Wash...quality over quantity...and you will get even more customers...would have given them one star...but the guy really tried hard to correct the mistakes that was put in his lap...I don't know if I'll be back...I didn't say anything on my first visit...but this time I had to say something...come at your own risk...maybe it was just me and you may have a better time if you visit this location read more

The lines for this place were quite intimidating when I pulled up, but my car was in such severe need of washing. Usually I wash it myself, but on this particular day, I had just gotten my hair done, so I decided to splurge and have all the work done for me. I was a little confused seeing some people inside their cars and some out of them waitimg in the lobby, so I just asked. The attendant inside stated that those doing the basic wash (no vacuum, cheapest wash) drive their own cars through. It's optional for the other washes to drive through the wash with their car, but no worries. Someone will hop in and drive it to the wash and place it in neutral to get it inside. Then, another attendant on the other side will hop back in to drive it to the drying area. But hold on to that ticket! That now have you pay for your wash before you leave the vehicle (cash or credit card still welcomed) and a ticket with your license plate is produced for you to claim your vehicle. It was a nice day when I came with a slight breeze, so I waited on the patio area to make sure my money's worth was done to my satisfaction. I purchased the tire shine option with my wash, so I waited a little longer than most, but it was worth it! Tires and outside shined really nice and the inside was cleaned as well. Them little crumbs from eating breakfast on the go were gone. I definetly received my money's worth and didn't have to spend an extensive amount of time waiting for the service either. Only drawback, the WiFi wasn't pulling up even though they advertise on their website and with a few signs inside the store that this amenity is available, but I won't complain too much- the free popcorn kept my mouth closed long enought not mention that flaw. My car was brought to Mister Car Wash on Mother's Day 5/10/2020 early afternoon. I t was like any other wash as I'm an unlimited member and have been coming for years. I heard the same noises maybe an extra bump or pop out I came car was clean. Little did I know that the upper spoiler/w tail light was ripped off. I went home got out of the truck and was appalled at the sight of my damaged truck. That's where the BS train started, after I called the manager and he said yes i have it here, you must have damaged your vehicle somewhere else for this to happen. I returned immediately the two people there Supervisor and Manager played tag team. They were not wearing masks and in my space confronting me that this was something that happen elsewhere. I have been using them for years and years so they don't know what they are talking about. Then I demand an accident report, Manager stated we don't do that. That was the wrong answer as I called the local police to report the accident. The police showed up 15 minutes later [he was wearing a face mask] and spoke with me and I asked him if he could politely get me an incident report from these jokers. Five [5] minutes later I had a hand written acknowledgment. Then nothing but silence, no one answered the phone or called, until a week later. The manager stated he did his investigation and in the video he saw my spoiler blow off. His equipment did nothing he said. I don't think ignorance will give the no brain manager a pass, I really don't blame him. He was trained by the upper management. He does what they say. They are a dishonest IE; "change or debase by making errors or unintentional alterations to satisfy management" No I have to ride with an unsafe vehicle with no third brake light, which the manager said was completely legal. Until the police corrected him. They to add insult to injury after I canceled my unlimited membership they decided to bill me again...I can go on and on. Beware don't go to Mister Car wash they may damage your vehicle and tell you it's your problem. read more

I wanted the full deal and she only gave me the half package . There is still food under my seats from the terrible vacuum job. The cup holders did not get even touched. I would have paid more , but she made me think I was getting the best package. I went back to complain and then she told me they were short staffed and didn't know if they could redo it even though I offered to pay more . I asked her over and over before they started if they were wiping doors and seats . She assured me yes . I even paid more for them to wash the plastic floor mats . Do not use this place.
