This place employs liars!!!!!! My dad went in to get a car wash, and he keeps his cars very clean. He left out of the wash and there was scratch on his back bumper. He told the employees about it; the employee told my dad it was an EXISTING SCRATCH. Zero accountability and who are you to tell my dad about his car. Horrible service. DONT GO HERE. read more

The ever-so-present tunnel car wash located in Layton. Good location and the few times I have used the wash it does a good job and there is value there for the money spent. My favorite feature is the tire scrubber, it does a great job on the sidewalls of your rubber. It appears you can save pretty considerably by becoming a member but this location isn't really near my house. Vacuums are free and work well. There are multiple nozzle types available which is convenient. There is also a small blower for areas like vents and cupholders. The only drawback is the "tip shaming." When you pay you will be prompted to leave a tip while the attendant looks at you with puppy dog eyes. Nobody touches my vehicle or otherwise assists this "automatic" wash, so the tip shaming is not appropriate in my opinion. This deters me from using this wash. read more

Only visited this location once when I needed a quick, yet efficient wash. The woman who helped me out was very informative on their services, offered recommendations, and knew the differences between the various washes offered. I went with the most expensive wash and it left my car very clean and very shiny which I loved. Sadly it snowed just a day later, but I am glad I was able to get the precious salt and dirt off! We are used to a different level of service from the Mister franchise as we just moved here from Florida. The location didn't accept cash for any legitimate reason, and they also didn't provide indoor wipe down services along with the wash which was ALWAYS part of the service. There are plenty of options for car washes in this area. I would definitely recommend trying something else. read more

if I could give them negative stars I definitely would. I took my car here for months on end and was always satisfied. last week it snowed pretty heavy and I decided to get the excess washed off, we'll I go through the wad and noticed that something was sticking to my windows, I pull out after drying to use the air hoses to get the rest of the water off. I noticed huge chunks of my paint missing and the peeling of the paint was all I er my windows. I grab the manager, Jackson, and he said okay we'll file a claim. After two days of me calling he finally calls back and says my paint was bubbling and they aren't responsible for the damage. I can assure you with proof and this car not even 6 months old that my paint was not bubbling and they are responsible. read more

Never have I had a better car washing experience than I did this day. I was astounded by the brilliant work of Alexa who was helping me get through the car wash. Her mask covered her face, but her smile and bright spirit shined through unperturbed by the Covid caused covering. I went in with a dirty car, and came out with a smile, hope for the future, and a car that sparkled brighter than the noon day sun. Went through 6 times, can't wait for the 7th... I absolutely LOVE this place! Now that they've added the members lane, I can get through the wash in minutes, and honestly enjoy rolling past the cars in line. :) The reason for the four star review and not five are as follows: 1. I don't like being charged full price for both my husband's vehicle and mine. I think if you're on the monthly plan, vehicles in the same household should have some sort of discount. 2. The rinse needs to be fixed. I haven't yet been through and not had soap still on my car. BUT despite those two issues I love coming here. Especially because of your employees. They always seem happy to see me and wave as I'm leaving. (Jeavonte deserves a raise! He is truly the reason I come here, even among the other misters included with our memberships.) I've had a membership here for like 8 months... the people are so friendly! It's really convenient. It's not touch free, but touch free doesn't really work well here to clean rain or snow aftermath. But overall super satisfied. The people always seem in a good mood. read more

This was my first time coming here, I was so eager that I passed the worker that takes the orders. He was nice and brought his portable cashier to me! The 2nd worker was helper as I pulled into the car wash area and got through easily without anyone yelling at me for not following instructions. Vacuums were free which is great! I've never had an issue with rude employees, they've all been very friendly, but since they've added the unlimited wash lane it takes much longer to get through the wash. It's apparent they want to make the "wash as you go" experience as painful as possible so that you feel impelled to be charged monthly to face a better experience. There's always soap on the back of my car and on the mirrors, and plan on bringing a towel to dry off your vehicle. The dryers are meh. And unlike other car washes that only charge $10 a month for each additional vehicle, it's another $30 for each vehicle. read more

Do not sign up for the monthly unlimited car wash if you ever plan on canceling it. We have been trying for two months to get them to stop charging our account. We have received multiple confirmations that they have canceled the account and we are still receiving charges to our card. At this point I consider it fraud and am reporting it to the BBB and to the police. read more

This is the third time I've tried this Misterr carwash and each time gets worse than the last. I used to love coming here when it was a Gorilla car wash, but the quality and service (if that's what they call that) is horrible. Even after choosing their top package, my car is still dirty. The bug remains were still there and the wash only smeared the dust on my car. They would not do anything to correct after the fact. I ended up going home and washing my car myself. If you want your car clean the right way the first time, save your money and either do it yourself or go elsewhere. The owner should try training the employees in customer service, or shut the place down. read more

Car came out cleaner before when it was travel clean. Mister car wash changed the equipment and the chemicals. Now my car is less clean for 50% more cost now that they did away with the coupons. I go to a competitor in Riverdale now that hand dries and gets the bugs off. read more
