Very friendly service and someone is always waving to you to make you feel like they appreciate your business. I have had a monthly subscription for a couple of years now, and if you basically wash your car twice a month, you are way ahead. I don't have to stress about waiting in long lines. Mister keeps this place moving and you are there for 10 minutes at the worst. I had a young lady say, "Thank you for your subscription" the other day, and that is why I wrote this. I've never used this car wash in the years since it changed ownership, but drive by it all the time, so I thought I'd give it a try. They don't post the price anywhere outside, so you don't know until you're already trapped inside. Their Brookfield WI car wash is overpriced at $26 for the Titanium Exterior wash and then they charge an extra $2 for towels so that I can wipe my own windows and various spots. What ever happened to full-service car washes? Now I understand why they have so few customers while their competitors are overcrowded! read more

I drove in one side of the car wash and then drove out the other side my window blew out and glass was everywhere. I talked to the manager and despite seeming pretty cut and dry he denied any claim. Additionally and more interesting is that I asked to see a video and all he could provide was one outside of the building when the window finally shattered. When I asked to see the videos from inside to see if the glass was struck by anything he said there was no videos from inside? I then proceeded to ask for any video copies he had of my vehicle going through the building and he got very defensive of a sudden and told me he would not be giving me anything without a subpoena. We've had an unlimited membership for Mister Car Wash for a while now, but have pretty consistently been using a different location. We pay for the membership that includes an under carriage wash, but began to suspect the location we typically go to (on Miller Park Way) was having issues with their under carriage wash function (could no longer hear it when we were going through). Then, after reading fellow Elites (Mark & Nancy's!) reviews of this Mister Car Wash, we decided to drive the extra 10 minutes to give it a try. Definitely glad we did! While not a touchless car wash (none of the Mister Car Washes are, I don't think), it's a bit gentler than the one we currently go to. And, the big kicker is that it moves you through the car wash at a much slower pace. Which, in the end? Results in a cleaner car. And (!!), it includes the undercarriage wash function, which was definitely working when we went through. Get to it! read more

You know what I like best about this car wash? It's slow. Not to get in or anything; with an unlimited membership, you get in really quick. I mean the actual car wash. It takes a few minutes; it doesn't fly you through. I'm a weirdo....I've loved going through the car wash ever since I was a little kid. I like to see the soap and water squirt on the windows and those big brushes (mops in this case) come at you and then, at the last possible second, right before you think they're going to get you, they roll up the windshield and over the roof! One of our cars has a moon roof, so now I like to open the shade and watch everything pass over. I don't know, I find it thrilling AND relaxing. You drive in, put the car in neutral and chill out until they give you the green light at the end. The vacuum stations outside are pretty nice too, and there are a lot of them, so you should never have to wait. They have the nice long, stretchy hoses that allow access to every nook and cranny of your vehicle. I've given this car wash too many chances. When they first opened, they were decent. But the quality of their washes has been steadily declining, to the point my car is not completely clean when they're done. I'm better off going to Coast car wash on Hwy 100 and Lapham. Coast is more expensive but they actually get your car clean. read more

"I stopped in Mister Car wash after a long day of running around. I heard about a membership that was for unlimited washes for either $19.99 or $29.99 a month with an automatic renewal. I asked the guy at the gate to explain how ot works and decided to just stick with This wash as I know that everyday car washing is not a value but will damage a cars paimt and under carriage woth all thw abrasives and chemucals. Anyway, I paid( only Cards are taken, NO Cash!) I pull up to the tunnel washing system and wait for a very short time to go through. As im pulling up, i see a woman standing in the area in front of me, the mist blocking a clear view as to what she was doing. I finally can see enough to realize that she's flagging me to pull forward. ( BAD PLACE TO STAND!) So i pull up and i felt something hit/move my front end. It turns out that there's a guide that grabs your drivers side tires. I do not like that and neither did my rims!!! So i go through this Platinum wash expecting wonders and shine and spot free drying and what i got was scratched rims, my car wasn''t dried ( i had to use the air hose outside to blow all the water off) the wax job didnt seem to have worked and the wash didnt get the dirt off!! At this point I believe that I did not receive the Platinum Wash that I paid for but rather a basic wash. My tires and rims were supposed to be cleaned as well and they weren't. I was very upset that the dryer didn't do a good job and that besides the air hose i had to use my own microfiber to clean and dry outside windows, mirrors and wipe spots off entire vehicle. NO water was beaded up as if the vehicle had been waxed as it has at other car washes. I was kind of ticked off not only about the scratches on my rims bit also all the labor i had to put into what was SUPPOSED to be a Stay in your Car Eady experience. I was very greatful that the airhoses are available in the Intetior Cleaning Zone with the Vacuums. I also like that there are vacuums on both sides off the vehicle making that easier than stretching hoses over your paint job. This was very convienent . The vacuums seem to do well if you are foryunate enough to get the ones with good suction. I had to use hoses from a different slot. All on All I can say that I was not at all impressed with my $20 car wash I got! (It didn't even wash the tree buds from the car!) After a very long day I just wanted to go through a touchless carwash and have no hassles not worries and no work. What i got was tbe opposite of what i wanted and again i find myself quite upset with most all of the experience except the airhose that helped dry my car. I actually broke sweat instead of chilling out and ive got 2 scraped rims out of this mess! Totally NOT COOL!! There should be a warning about the tire Grabbing guide for sure and for $20 bucks of PLATINUM my car should be CLEAN, DRY WITH SHINING TIRES/RIMS with CLEAN GLASS AND A GOOD WAXING!!I'm CERTAIN that is what I paid for based on MISTER CAR WASH very own description!! WTH?? It blows my mind that this happened!! I have to believe that something was very wrong with this Tunnel Carwash on Friday May 14th and that this is NOT the "NORM"! If i wanted to do all this work I would have washed my car by hand and my rims wouldn't be scratched!! This wash is the worst I've ever used. I paid more than 20 USD for a full wash and the car got dirty. To top it off, I had to clean the inside. I have paid cheaper for hand wash and it is a thousand times better. In addition, they did not explain to me how the service worked and not even that it was the automatic that caused me an accident and that the car wash did not want to be responsible. Looked like rain any minute so didn't try the car wash, but was drawn in by the FREE vacuum posted on the sign. My cars interior has never been cleaner and they have a high pressure air blower to get the dust and dirt out of every nick and cranny. Person at the pay station selected the wash I wanted, paid with the card I gave him, and then told me he couldn't give me a printed receipt because they ran out of receipt paper. He asked if I really wanted a receipt, and I told him I did. He then said to take the car into the wash and he would try to get me a receipt from the office. I went through the wash and parked, but he never came out. I looked for a way into the building, but the doors were marked "Employees Only". What a way to run a business. I won't be back. read more

Still a fan of this location. 142 check-ins and our car still looks decent thanks to our premium unlimited membership. Its not a touchless carwash, and nothing beats a good old fashioned hand job, but you get a quality wash for the money. Our old Lexus still looks great and i hope to keep it that way for many more years. We havent had any issues wth this location whatsoever. This place has seriously gone down hill over the past year or so. I used to be a loyal customer because this location used to be awesome! Now nothing works most of the time. Today there was NO SOAP when I pulled into the wash. There is NEVER any tire shine liquid in the tire shine area- so if you pay for a higher end wash your getting screwed. Many times the vacuums don't work and now the small interior air guns have been removed- that was a reason I started going to this place. Time for me to find a new car wash. Good luck. read more

I've been using this carwash since it opened and I am a monthly member. The quality of the wash has completely gone downhill. First they have clearly started using different products over the past couple years and it is leaving residue on my car. Also my car is never close to being dry when I leave. The Car Wash scratched my Yukon Denali extremely bad. Manager refused to write an accurate description of the damage. Took it to an auto detailer and an auto body shop, both agreed that it was done in a car wash. The majority of my truck needs a paint job. I paid for the #2 wash that included underbody flush. Immediately after the wash I inspected underbody and it was absolutely dry everywhere underneath. I was told the individual deciding which wash was purchased would know my order. Apparently they are not very accurate. Perhaps when they see that you did not add a tip, they make a mistake..or perhaps it was just an innocent mistake. I obviously don't know but I will not return. Not return to the Miller parkway and Lincoln ave. In West milwaukee. I think I was unfair assuming that anyone would intentionally make a mistake, they do service a very high volume of cars and mistakes in an order are going to happen. Then claim that any blemish on the vehicle is responsible for completely destroying it and not their responsibility when its their whatever the hell machine that is directly responsible. Give your car a clean start. Of all of the Mister Car Washes that I use in Milwaukee (there are three of them), this is the best one. Lines are usually not long, they have a great wheel cleaning station, and the vacuums work the best. They even have a little airgun at each vacuum station to blow the water out of the seems and crevices in your vehicle. I decided a few months ago to go with the "ultimate" monthly car wash package (about $33.00/month). For that, you get the equivalent of the $15.00 car wash as much as you like. I go about one a week and it is really worth while to me. I can't believe that I waited so long to get with the program!! Truely, the best part (apart from the perennially clean car), is the crazy neon lights and "bubbly sounds" you get to experience while you're "in the tunnel". It fun to imagine you are on the HMS Wonkatania cruising down the chocolate river. We'll... maybe it'd be better if you we on acid. read more

I love the convenience of the location of this car wash. But I do have to say that I'm really confused on the whole monthly membership. My husband and I were told that one of the perks of the membership was that we were able to skip ahead a few cars when we get the car wash. There is even a separate line for the monthly members. But that line doesn't really mean anything. Everytime that I go to the members only line I have to wait for all the other lines to go first. I understand that you can not let every car skip when there is that many in line. But where is the perk when you have to wait in line anyway? Another perk was to get $10 off of the oil change. Well that works when they remember to add it. I have even reminded them that I am a monthly member and it's about half the time that it gets put through. read more

I did a in and out wash on Tuesday good wash it was freeeeezing cold outside had two guys in my suv wiping the outside dry and cleaned the interior and windows really nicely. I was impressed with the way the worked in such frigid temperatures. Gave them a nice tip because it was worth every penny it's so cold here to wash your on car and get wet. So I happily paid for there service and was pleased with the outcome. Planning on going back this weekend to get my truck washed and then buffed and full detailed before my up coming trip. read more

I started to go to this car wash shortly after they opened about 2 years ago. When I came out I noticed the whole tailgate section of my truck was still all wet and it was a lousy wash job. Got manager and he had me run through again. This time wash was better but still tailgate totally wet. He said they were still adjusting the dryers. Ok, bugs in the system I can see. Keep going back and still same problem with same answer on why it was wet. Finally stopped going. A week ago went to a different carwash only to be told it was under Mister Carwash management. Area manager for Mister was their and talked to him about problem. He said they has just got done redoing the blowers and it was better. Went back here and when I got out the tailgate was STILL wet and now I had soap left over on it also. Got manager and showed him. Same old story. We are redoing blowers and in fact told me they had taken out 2 of them. How the heck are you going to get cars drier with LESS blowers. Didn't offer to get towel or rinse off the soap. Had to take the truck home and take car of the problems myself. Emailed company about problem. No one has responded so you can really tell how much they care about customer service. NOT!!!!!!!. You can do a better job at a self serve car wash than this place can. Don't waste your money going here. read more
