Nice Lobby and free coffee! This is pretty much like the new car washes these days with amenities like cleaner and towels and strong vacuums. It is a very nice car wash and does a thorough job cleaning the vehicle. Staff was super friendly and helpful as it was my first time here. I didn't see any machines or employees to ask about washing the mats for the price that they charge. So maybe I missed it? It was kind of strange when I left. It used to be a great carwash, but now with all the automation customer service has went down and my monthly membership has gone UP. I'll be canceling my membership because I have to do all the drying and scrubbing the bug splatter myself. The only thing that has stayed close to the same is the gentleman that stands by the entry gate. read more

So my wife gives me a $50 gift card to get my car washed. I go to the Hales Corners location and they say if I am a member and I say no , but my wife is and she gave me a gift card to use. The guy has me pull forward to the next guy whom I tell I would like to use a gift card. He tells me there is nothing on it and it would be $63 to drive my truck through the wash and have the 2 guys at the end clean just the front floor mats. I did it anyway even though that is a rip off. Decent job of cleaning, but there was a little damage from the machines. They do post not responsible for damage to older card but my car was in great shape,but noticed dings after the wash not there before,so beware.The drying could be better too, lots of water spots I don't see at other places after washing. Apparently this place I've been going to for over 20 years has decided to raise their prices almost double. For a car wash....by machine and to have it wiped down, vacuumed, and the dash wiped down is now over $62. Who can afford this these days? I always tip really good too. However, I'm done. My friend wanted to wash her car before leaving on huge road trip for a cross country move. When we arrived there was a guy who greeted us. He was nice enough and helped us understand the process. There is a membership option and a few types of washes to choose from. Most important to my friend was the inside cleaning. He assured us it would be taken care of and it was. The business itself was super clean and organized. I really enjoyed looking around because there were a few elements that seemed very old school and I loved it. There was a bulletin board to pin your business cards, a popcorn machine and a coffee station. Nice touches! The car wash itself is a drive thru. I was expecting a hand wash but it still cleaned the car nicely. The guys cleaned the inside really well and hand dried the outside better than I expected. My friend was very happy. The monthly membership may not be of value anymore. My vehicle is water spotted because they don't hand dry anymore, so parts of my truck never get clean. And now today, as many days before, they don't scrub the grill or the back of my truck either. Truck is always dirty in the back even after several washings. I have been coming to this location for years to get both a car wash and the interior cleaning. The package is called the works and runs about $30. My last visit was not the best experience as I left with my car still dirty on the inside. I chose not to say anything. I thought I would give them another shot today and I am disappointed to report that the results were the same, just as unsatisfactory as the last time. I asked for a manager and started to ask about the dirty seats that still had crumbs on them, clearly not vacuumed. I asked about the doors as they had not been wiped down, the dash, etc. After I pointed out a few things I had hoped they could clean, he told me that I what I really need is an express detail! He did have someone better clean my car today but please make sure to set your expectations low. I guess I just remember what a great job they used to do. My 11 year old does a better job! Terrible customer service! I couldn't book a detailing service online because the calendar cut off 2 days earlier. I sent an email requesting to book and received an auto reply stating I should book online. I waited 2 days until my date was on the calendar and in those 2 days, the price went up $20!. The manager was indifferent and said prices can change at anytime. So I paid the extra $20 and will not go back there. They lost a customer over $20. read more

I live near the Hales Corners location and have been coming here for around thirty years. There's been a steady decline in the service in about the last ten years. It really should change the name to something other than full service since unless you're willing to pay a minimum fee of $35 your car won't be hand dried but rather put through an automatic drying machine that doesn't do a very good job. I was given $300 in gift cards as a Christmas present (that I asked for) and was going to use to join the monthly wash club. I was told by the manager Devin that GIFT CARDS CAN'T BE USED ON THE WASH CLUB for the monthly or the six-month club (which is a none recurring one time charge) when I asked why, he said it can't be done on their register. This isn't mentioned anywhere on the website or the gift cards themselves. I wish I could give a better rating, but at this time I can't. I had my truck recently detailed there . They said in their instructions to empty the glove box . I did and they never touched them. I bought the 199.00 package and asked why they never touched my upholstery and they said that would be an extra $100.00 dollars . Such a rip off . I will never go there and suggest others don't . But I was ready to spend a lot of money on a detail and was told they would "do their best" to get the dog hair out, but couldn't guarantee anything. I have been visiting this car wash for about three months with an unlimited wash membership on my truck and recently decided to also purchase one of their "family" memberships for the other vehicles in our family. On it's first trip through this wash on 10/11/2020 our mini-van suffered a cut to the inside sidewall of the front driver's side tire (the tire that leads in the car wash's track). We discovered this as we pulled out of the wash over the speed bump that they have installed at the end of the track, that small bump after sustaining the cut was enough to make the tire pop and go flat. The manager on duty filled out an indecent report with the assistant of my daughter as I worked as quickly as I could to change the flat. Later in the week I went through the wash with my truck again and spoke with the same manager about when I would hear from them about having the tire repaired and he asked me to come by today to speak with the "owner". I met with the "owner" today, 10/19/2020. It was clear from the beginning of the conversation that he was looking for a way out of paying for the damage that his wash had caused. He based his position on his assertion that I had no proof that the wash had caused the rip in the tire. I asked him for his proof that the tire was damaged previously and he had to admit he had none. I pointed out to him that his speed bump is smaller than most of the pot holes in this city and that if the tear had been there prior to our arrival that the tire would have gone flat well before we made it to his speed bump. He also admitted to me that he is in fact not the actual owner, he is the Vice President of the company. Fine, his employees don't understand ownership. He continued to patronize me and so I showed him the spot at the beginning of the track that most likely caused the damage to the tire and he laughed at me and called the hard plastic rail "rubber". This guy was clearly not only never going to offer to repair my tire he seemed to be more interested in driving me away as a customer than anything else. I asked him why he wasted my time with this whole farce of a meeting if he was just going to take this position, I actually would have respected them more for saying so up front rather than giving me the run around and letting me believe that they were going to do something to help me. I demanded my money back for the services that I had purchased from them and he refused saying "I can't do that". When I challenged him on how the Vice President of the company was unable to provide a refund he admitted that he could in fact do it but that he would not. I have rarely seen such a terrible display of awful customer service. I told him that I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I never want to see another charge from his company on any of my accounts again. He could have had a customer for life, instead he decided to make an enemy. read more

It's not the cheapest place to get your cash washed, but since I'm happy with the results when my car needs a very thorough cleaning, I keep going back. I have been going to FSCW in Hales Corners for years. Service has dropped off over the last few years. My last visit will be my last time I ever go there.. After getting a wash I went directly to get gas. I noticed a large 2 foot scratch above the windshield. I went right back to the wash and reported the damage. They set up a meeting with the VP Tyler. The way Tyler handled the situation was ridiculous. Asking if I had proof, pictures, claiming their was no way they did it, pointing out other minor scratches and blaming me. The scratch is consistent with someone wiping the car and something like a watch or ring scratching the paint. He was so defensive and a complete asshole in the way he handled the situation. Not like it use to be!! Paid for exterior wash and also 6.99 for rims to be cleaned. Truck wasnt washed or dried well. They never opened the doors and wiped out the jambs. Beware change in service! When I arrived this morning I was surprised to see a complete different car wash from a few months ago. The price structure changed to a-la-cart. I mean everything is priced out. No longer will you receive personal service unless you pay through the nose! In the past a managers special of $30 would get your mats front and back, vacuum car including trunk, and all your interior wiped down. Today I received a car wash, my tires and special coating on the exterior and the two front seats wiped down. When I left, and inspected the vehicle the back seats were still dirty, the car was not vacuum nor the front mats were washed! I was upset! So, I called an employee over to point out that the back seats were not wiped down and he proceeded to give me attitude. I showed him my receipt where it indicated $9.99 for add interior touch-up and the Best Exterior was for $17.99 = $27.98. He told me the interior touch-up was for the front seats only! I was surprised and he proceeded to wipe the back seats down. I will not ever go back there! It was worth a $10 and no more! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would, but this site makes you choose at least one, so I gave them an undeserving ONE (1) when it should really be double ZERO!!! I have been going to both the Brookfield, and Hales Corners locations for years, and I always give them the benefit of the doubt. I figure that they are employing a bunch of people who need jobs, and the higher cost of a car wash was justified because of this. They did an ok job, the inside windows always sucked, they wipe them down with used, wet rags... I stopped having them do the inside of my car because they did a really bad job. The outside of the vehicle wasn't really great either, but it beat getting it done at one of those gas stations... at least they wipe it down, except for the times they left it in the sun before they got to it, then there were nothing but water spots... I did make them redo my vehicle when that happened. I have a nice vehicle, but God forbid they would get a Mercedes or BMW before yours, you're shit out of luck because they will spend an hour meticulously wiping every inch to perfection. Half of the issue is the snob, prick car owner stands right there pointing out every tiny spec. So I guess I can give them a little break on this one, but just a little one... they should tell these idiots that they are only paying $14 and get off their high-horse and don't act like your shit doesn't stink. So now, this leads me in to my real issue... I bought the monthly carwash package, hey it's only $20, how could you go wrong? The first month everything ran super dandy... the second month, they told me that the auto withdraw didn't work and I needed to pay full price for my car wash... I thought, shit happens, no big deal. The next time I returned, I asked the attendant if he knew if the "auto payment" went through yet... he said "no" but you can pay for it again and you'll be back on the plan, and said that things like this happens. So I gave them another $20 and they sent me through the wash... I was good to go... or was I? I went back several days, maybe even a week or so later and the attendant scanned my bar code and said that my membership expired. I saved my receipt, which I never save receipts, but I had this one. I showed him my receipt and he said that this has been happening a lot lately, so he called the "manager." The "manager" took like 10 minutes and at this time I have 3-cars behind me who were really getting pissed off, but I couldn't pull out of line because there was no place to go. The attendant then walked into the building and got the manager. The manager finally came out, don't know what he could had been doing because there weren't any cars in-front of me... I told him that I have my receipt, I tried to give it to him but he insisted on scanning my bar code instead. He scanned it and then he said, "you have another charge on here" - I said "what?" - he said that's the only thing it could be is that you have another charge. I didn't understand what the fuck he was talking about??? He said, pull through the wash, I got this one for you. I did so, and after it was finished, I parked and went inside to talk with him. I brought my receipt in with me, but he said "your receipt is no good" - I said, but then why did they give me one when I PAID??? he said "it's declined", I said "what the fuck, my card has a $35,000 limit", not to mention the credit card went through and was approved enough that I GOT A RECEIPT, how does this happen? I asked if there was anybody else I could speak to, he said you can email the office, I asked if he could give me the number and he said that this is how they communicate, only email. He said, "I'm the General Manager." Nice! I guess I won't ask for the "manager" then, because he doesn't seem to want to help me, he wouldn't even look at my receipt. He told me that I can come and look at his computer screen and see for myself that I'm "declined", I felt like such a piece of shit. Now mind you, this is a measly $20, but it's the point... I work too hard to be treated like this, and I don't treat others like this. I just walked out, got in my car, the car that I just got a "free carwash" on, and then went on my phone and found a number to text... I asked them to call me, and that I was really upset, and thought that at least they could make me not feel like such a piece of shit, scum... but of course, they didn't bother. When I got home, I showed my wife my receipt and explained what happened, and we noticed that where it says plate number on the receipt, it shows the correct number but after the last digit, it has a lowercase "c" behind it. Yep! guess what? This was the problem, but if the idiot "manager" would had looked at my receipt rather than depending on his handy dandy computer, he would have caught this. I bring my vehicle here for detailing service which they do a great job but their communication is horrible. At drop off I'm told it will take about 2.5 hours to complete and a call will be made when ready. I recieved a text about 2.5 hours in indicating that they are finishing up and I will be called shortly when ready for pickup. Another 2.5 hours go by and no contact. You can't call the place directly and speak with someone to get a status. I've called the number on their website for their location and one time I got a scheduling associate and she indicated she'd get a message to the manager to reach out to me (yet another hour went by with no contact). After calling back again an associate indicated that she'd contact the location and get a status and call back. Why wouldn't you be able to contact the location directly? Or why don't they provide a more realistic timeframe for completion? It is extremely frustrating! read more

Grabbed some Dunkin, headed over to the car wash. That might be a new good habit! I got the wash and vac for $9.99. I have a brand new car, so it doesn't need too much cleaning inside or out. They did a fantastic job! I watched them Hoover out my car and the mats, then I watched as it went through the washer. The folks who hand dried the car did a wonderful job, making sure to get the mirrors, insides of the doors, the grill, hood, bonnet, and license plates. I was really pleased with it, and I think it's a good deal for only $9.99. I'll probably come every week to keep my hood black and gleaming. They are remodeling and only offer hand wash Which is fine if they actually washed rinsed and dried the car! I had to take towels and dry my entire car off and wash spots that were never cleaned! The guy said only said that you can't expect it to be completely dry. I said that I understand but the entire roof was wet! I paid $100 to get my interior detailed and was really disappointed that they missed a lot of spots on the vinyl and still a lot of dirty areas in the cracks and crevasses, especially in the brackets where the seats sit. They missed the vinyl in the trunk completely. Most of the carpet looked good but they missed a stain on the seat that I ended up getting out easily. They called me to pick up my vehicle, but I don't really think they were done with it?? Got my butt super wet driving home from the seat still wet and was offered no protection to prevent that...oh well I just won't go back there. read more
