We recently moved an hour away from the car wash and had a billing issue with being charged monthly, even though I thought I had canceled it back several months ago. The general manager, Tony (and employee Mike prior to speaking with Tony) were both EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with me and my situation. i explained we had moved an hour away and wouldn't be using them anymore. Even though they knew it would be unusual for us to do business with them in the future because of the logistics, they both were incredibly helpful!!! Loved this car wash, the cost was not too much more then a regular car wash and here you get some…read morehands on drying from a couple of people with rags as you exit the wash. There's also one person at the beginning with a pressure washer to knock all the built up ice off. You can also get the price down through buying future car washes, and I don't mean futuristic washes......hahaha You won't be disappointed with the quality here!!!
