They're pretty good and he goes by pretty fast. The vacuums are pretty well and I like the tool that sprays the air. That's really helpful.

They have no organization at all. All 3 gates go up and it is the fastest or pushiest car goes first. A complete ripoff, don't waste your time or money coming here. It cost $23 and the car wasn't even dried off properly, the windows were full of streaks and spots. And I also left with a big scratch in front of the rear left wheel. And to make it even worse, they asked if I wanted to pay a tip... A tip for who exactly? The staff is fantastic but everything else could use a little improvement. First off, I'm not sure I like their pay system which consists of them taking your credit card, taking it inside and then coming back out to have you type in your pin. I'm sure there's a much more efficient way of handling this. The actual wash is your typical procedure but I did appreciate the staff really scrubbing my car prior to going through the wash. After you pay, the worker gives you a dash wipe and a token. The token is enough to give you about 4 or 5 minutes of vacuuming. If you need more time to vacuum, you must insert quarters into the vacuum machine. I didn't have quarters so I was not able to continue cleaning the inside of my car. Overall a good experience but I wish their pay system was more efficient and they didn't have a limit on the time one uses the vacuum machine. read more

I am done with Mister car washes. Last year at the one on Eagle Rd it totally ripped off the running board on the step of my Sienna. I realized it while vacuuming, they fished the 8 foot long piece out of the car wash, handed it to me destroyed and sent me on my way like it was no big deal. I have been hesitant to go back and went to the Garrity location with a different car that seemed like nothing could break. The next day I opened the hatchback and noticed as the other reviews stated that the back was still very dirty. Then I looked down and noticed something hanging above the license plate. Sure enough, the stupid undercarriage wash broke the lights and the plastic above the license plate! read more

So I'm leaving the 3 stars just for poor communication and I called their central offices many times with no call back, cuz of course they don't deal with at the local level. But after the same thing happened on the other side I found out that it's my paint. Some unkind person did a poor job sometime early in this car's history, and I'm pretty sure it was after the lease period they just wanted to make it look fresh and new for cheap. I won't return just for the poor attitude and being completely ignored by the company after a legit concern. - - - I may revise this after talking to the manager. Not sure how to feel... my car is clean and stuff happens beyond our intentions or control, but my car wasn't like this earlier today. I walk around my vehicle before starting out even on the shortest of trips because I got trained to do that when I drove a school bus and I've had a vehicle blow a radiator which ruined the engine cuz it was too overheated apparently before I stopped. So I'm more vigilant about it now and still question myself if I'd have been able to prevent it if I'd done a walk around before leaving on the next leg of my trip. So I know it wasn't like this before going to church this afternoon and then I parked next to a parked (indefinitely) trailer specifically so no one else could be near my driver door when I came back. Worst car wash I've ever been to. No wipe to clean the inside of your car, they don't have towels to dry with, there's not even a vending machine to buy towels or wipes or air fresheners or anything. The first time through my tailgate and fenders didn't get cleaned, the second time through was free, but it didn't get my truck any cleaner. I would give 0 stars if possible. It's just as expensive as good car washes and you get none of the value. read more

Within two days this carwash busted a rear wiper on one car, and completely tore off the rear camera on my other vehicle. A claim was Filed and I was told by the Assistant Manager that I would hear from the Manager within 3 days. When I didn't hear back I called the customer service line. They said they would tell the manager that I called. When I still didn't hear back after a couple more days I called again and they said they would tell the Manager that I called again. The team lead, Sabrina, gave me multiple different stories about when the claim was actually filed. The lies and excuses were extremely annoying. Anyway, after 8 days I finally got a call and was told that their policy is to not compensate any damages related to anything aftermarket (the camera) because they can't prove that the damage was done by the carwash, despite the fact that the largest piece of the camera was sitting in their carwash and I have video footage going into the carwash but it cuts out in the carwash. Despite all of the damage done, the carwash still leaves the vehicles dirty. This is an all around embarrassment of a business (from the product to the customer service). Not to mentioned they have turned their employees into beggars by having them stand by the touch screen, try to sell you on a subscription, and then ask for a tip. read more

Based on other reviews, I must have had good luck here. I think the kids who pre-wash my car do a great job. For $12 you get a deluxe wash and you get to pick one item (such as an Armor All wipe). I don't like the fact that they have to give you a separate token for the vacuums and that the vacuums are timed, but I actually think the automated wash is gentler on my car than Metro/Hotshine and my car doesn't have any dirty spots after I've gone through. One thing that makes me nervous in this day and age is that they take your credit card inside to scan it and then bring it back to you. I am very careful about using my card and I usually don't let it out of my sight. If this is an issue for you, make sure to bring cash. read more

Bought the premium wash, my car still had dirty spots on it. It wasn't super dirty but Dusty from being parked for a month. There really is no reason why a $12 ultra wash couldn't manage to clean it up. Go for the lower cost wash it is the same wash and less pricey. read more

Since Mister car wash has taken over the old building for Squeaky Clean, it has been the best experience in the valley. The staff is kind and helpful with picking a wash that best suits your car. The environment is clean and tidy. Very professional environment. Also they have an unlimited plan for 19.99 a month that I highly recommend. It includes the 15 dollar platinum so if you wash your car at least twice a month it is saving you money! Finally, I have not seen my car come out cleaner at any other wash. Took my truck here. Asked them three times to push in my passenger side mirror. They said, "oh yea, we got it" all three times I asked. Before I knew it, truck was being pulled in with my passenger mirror still out! Can't hit your brakes in these car washes, so I had to hurry and scoot over to the passenger side, roll down the window in pouring water, and pull my mirror in. we paid for the $11 wash and it was the same as the 9$ wash. it didn't wash the back side of the car at all. the only good thing is the vacuums aren't too expensive, but i would recommend going to The Metro instead they have free vacuums and have a better wash for a whole lot less read more

I typically buy the deluxe car wash in the winter and have taken my car back twice in the last month to rewash, since they are in a hurry. Yesterday I bought a premium car wash and the employee spent less than one minute prepping the vehicle. I took it right back and he made excuses. He rewashed it, but he was not happy. They chipped my paint with the wand. I always wash my car myself. It is in near-mint condition, and I know every knick on it which is few. So I pull into the initial car wash area, the place where they spray it down. The guy comes around my car and carelessly whacks his wand into my car in the rear quarter panel. MI wanted to jump out and say, hey!! what the hell? But I didn't because the car wash was already in progress. So I waited til it was finished, and sure enough he chipped the paint. Right at the lower panel and rear bumper on a Kia Soul. It stands out like a sore thumb. All because he was careless, and I suspect management is equally careless about how they train people, and the professional environment that foster. I didn't march in and complain. There's nothing I can do about it. The damage is done. I'll just have to live with it, and move on. I won't go there again that's for sure. I only went there today because my car had some dust on it, and I wanted to spray it off for the holiday weekend. read more
