I usually like to give a business a chance before leaving a bad review. But I've had numerous issues here. When the coin machines are out of order then the card machines are more than happy to rip you off and charge FAR more than supposed to. Got charged $25 on my statement for a $10 timed wash, after a week the charge stuck with no correction. I've reached out to the "business" and no answer, no call backs, and of course no email available. I'm not sure this place really qualifies as a "business" because that would entail actually interacting with your customers, and giving a damn. The self-wash seems to work, but I've never once seen any staff walking around, and the fact you can't contact them when you get overcharged is all the invitation I need to go elsewhere. read more

This is the worst fucking car wash i have ever been to in my life, I pulled into one of the spots to wash my car and there was 6 used needles on the ground. Unreadable signature on the check from Meridian Car Wash LLC, DBA DH Car Wash. Address on the check is the street address for the car wash, where I sent my original complaint letter that was returned as undeliverable. There was a note inside that states... "Here's your $10 refund. You are hereby banned from DH car wash. If you ever return, you will be prosecuted for trespassing. DH". I guess we know what kind of person owns this business. read more

Like others, I used my credit card to start machine. After $10 I hit the stop button and it wouldn't stop. I recorded myself trying to stop it but nothing. Called the number listed online and it took me to a medical office. Luckily I found the owner or employee in a couple bays over. He was able to stop it at $20 and did give me $10 cash back. when you pull into a car wash, excited for the upcoming nice weather and a clean car, you kind of expect your car to be cleaner after you are done. I should have known better by the reviews already left, but after spraying down my Jeep with the high pressure rinse, spraying off the soap brush as well, I proceeded to wash about half of my Jeep before I noticed grey, greasy smudges all over under the soap. I immediately returned to the sprayer but to no avail, the greasy nastiness wasn't touched by the soap and the sprayer. So now I have more work ahead of me cleaning of Dirty Harrys disgusting mess. additionally, all of the bay floors were covered in sand, gravel and debris. Never will I be back. read more

I went to this self service car wash in order to wash my car thoroughly and utilize the foam brush as it hadn't been washed for several weeks due to the winter weather. The foam brush wasn't working in the first bay I went to, but the car wash has a minimum charge when you use a credit card, so I wasn't able to stop and move to a different bay. I washed my car the best I could and then moved to a different bay in order to use the necessary foam brush to remove the winter grime. After starting a second wash in a new bay I found that the foam brush wasn't working there either, but was forced to continue to wash due to the minimum wash charge. After that I wasn't about to try a third wash attempt and bay. I went to the vacuums next to do a quick clean up only to find there wasn't any suction. I put my mats back in the car and gave up. The next day I saw a $25 charge on my card, then another $25 charge the next day. I assumed those were maximum charges while pending and that the actual charges would be corrected. That assumption was incorrect. $50 later and may car is still filthy. The only phone # I can find for this so called business online is to a Verizon # where no one answers, there is no voice mail service, and an automated message states that the call cannot be completed as the called party is temporarily unavailable and to call later. This has been the case with every attempt I've made to reach someone and on different days. Needless to say I will never use the car wash again. I went there to wash my motorcycle. I put five dollars in the change machine and got nothing. The machine kept my money too. I contacted the number provided and got an answering service. I told the woman what happened and was told someone would contact me. After a week of no contact, I called back and told the same thing. After two months I still haven't heard anything. Five dollars means nothing to me. I don't even care about the money. Its the fact NO ONE attempted byo contact me. This car wash has the best /highest pressure in their wands of any 'self' car wash I've tried. It is some distance from my house, yet I will drive past 5 or 6 'Do-It-Yourself' Car washes to get to this one and one super fancy Rocket Express! After days of backwoods camping our trailer was a dirty dusty mess. We were passing through Boise and found this place via Yelp. It was so easy and cheap! We drove our trailer into the large RV bay, put in our credit card, then my husband and I each took a wand and scrubbed the trailer clean in no time and for under $4.00!
