Not all Mister Car Wash are the same, this location is not full service, you drive your car through an automated wash and you have to vacuum yourself. The location has a lot of vacuum cleaners for their customers but that is about it. I did not see any towels to dry the car or any air freshener. The employees were friendly, however I am not sure why there is a request for a tip when they are not washing, drying or vacuuming your car. I personally thought the prices was a little high and will look for a place that does hand washing next time. This will be an emergency stop. My car did not come out clean, including the tires; the was provided lots of suds.   I recommend vacuuming your car first then taking it through the wash because there is only one way in and out. read more

$30 a month. Unlimited car wash can't beat that. Thankfully the pass works at all locations so my review is only about this location. All of the vacuums appear to be in working order. I am not 100% if they offer any cleaning products for the interior of your car as I mostly just do the exterior wash. I guess only the front driver side is the only area that needs to be pre-treated before going through the wash. The attendants don't spray any other area of the car. I have confirmed this on three trips there so far. While exiting the car wash I noticed there was a young man standing on the curb & tried to point me to turn left. I assuming he would assist with washing the inside area of your car as he has towels and spray bottles. I'm almost 99% sure he is not affiliated with Mister Car Wash but not knocking the hustle. read more

I had perused the website and picked the closest location to me at that time. I was seeking a interior and exterior car wash. This location is basically an automated car wash with you yourself pulling into a bay to vacuum out your car yourself. Jarring signs instruct you to clean out your car before the automated car wash experience, which I'm sure I could have gone to any old gas station and received the same wash. Y'know, guaranteed to last 1 maybe 2 days. I opted for the platinum level for $20 which included: Platinum Seal * HotShine® Carnauba Wax * Wheel Polish * Repel Shield * Tire Shine * Underbody Wash * T3 Conditioner * Wheel Cleaner Renovation CreamIncluded with interior clean Note this last little detail about Renovation Cream included with interior clean. For me the website was not specific enough in delineating that this location did Not offer interior service. My interactions with staff was truly delightful. I was assisted by a Ms. Felicia/ Felisha(sp) who was pleasant, personable, knowledgeable and cheerful. The manager was not rude but a little nonchalant and bland for lack of a better word and did not offer his name. My visit was this past Friday at approximately 5:45,/6:00. Came here Sunday after church to get a quick wash. Usually when I come throughout the week there's no lines. Today was different, very long lines. If you are member and have the unlimited wash you can skip the lines. I was in and out in about 10min only because I have the unlimited pass. A About the wash, standard drive-thru wash with different options to upgrade. Before you drive-thru an employee will scrub your vehicle by hand. After your wash you can use the free vacuums, there about about 12 vacuum cleaners. When you're done you can exit to the right and there will alway be someone (not and employee) waiting to finish detailing your car for a few extra bucks. Many car washes that I go to either provide towels or have some available to purchase at the counter. They charge $10 for a basic wash with no towel provided. When trying to purchase one out the vending machine, the card swipe doesn't work and the machine doesn't take cash. They also don't sell any at the counter. At a CAR WASH towels should be one of the most available amenities so customers can DRY their car. Not everyone is riding around with a towel in their car. 2 stars. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, this is absolutely the worst place I could have ever encountered, I watched the manager for an hour and a half be rude to all people backing out of the vacuums, I travel full time/ and have no home. I travel with my dog and brushed my dog off for no more than five minutes because I live in my car with him. I'm White/ two costumers yelled at me and cursed me out. The manager came back and started joining in with them clowning me and making fun of me, another man came up and told me to calm down and that I don't come to this part of the hood and act like this/ racially demeaning me to tell me I'm not welcome here when I even helped a few people pull in and back out! These customers as well as the manager racially singled me out and made me feel unwelcome. Mister car wash is going to hear from me and so is the manager.
