I went back twice to report it, but received no real response and they refused to take responsibility or cover the damage. I do not recommend this car wash. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is the staff was on point with their customer service skills . With some many car wash options popping up I would recommend adding cleaning products and rags. Absolutely loved this car wash. I've never had a membership with a car wash so this was my first. It's super convenient because I would go to the gym and come straight after. When COVID hit I remember having to cancel it since I had moved back to Texas temporarily and there wasn't any mister car wash for the next 40 miles! This car wash gets a 1 star over something as ridiculous as the sticker placement policy. I personally don't want a branded sticker on my windshield that is visible. On my Tesla Model S I had the sticker placed below the hood line (lowest part of the windshield) so it was not visible when parked or driving. Simply put I don't like the esthetics of it. When I went to enroll my wife's car and upgrade my current membership on my car that I've already had for a few months I was told I could not place the sticker that low and it must be placed at the bottom of the clear part of the window, approx 4 inches from the bottom of the glass. When I said I didn't want it placed there I was told that was the policy and there was nothing that could be done about it. When advised that I would cancel the enrollment of the new car and cancel the old membership over this minor detail, they said okay, there was nothing they could do. The policy is what the policy is. For a business to decide they rather lose a customer who was going to pay nearly a $1,000 per year for two vehicles over sticker placement is simply foolish and ridiculous. My business will remain with ModWash who uses newer technology like license plate readers, provides towels to dry your vehicle, and free air fresheners :) read more

I like the car wash and it is really convenient for me. I signed up for the monthly car wash for both mine and my wife's car. I'd like a family rate...seems like it could work. We really wash the car about twice a month (both cars), so it seems that $40 a month per car is a little expensive. Just a thought. read more

The workers saw me get cat called for an hour straight getting yelled at with my headphones on and did nothing but keep walking by never telling them to stop. Not to mention I paid $15 for my car to still have spots and pollen. Honestly probably never going back. This place is awesome! Extremely convenient with the vacuums running right next to the wash. Every car wash I have had has been great as well! I do have a couple of cons though. First, they always have a salesperson standing at the drive-thru where you pay. They have never been rude, but are always rather pushy to purchase the memberships or the premium washes. I have worked in sales and understand the reasoning, but I think they could bring the urgency down just a touch. Mister Carwash is very typical of the automated carwashes popping up all over the place. Free vacuums, membership options and convenience. While I recommend Mister Carwash as a good place to get a carwash, there are some things to keep in mind to prevent incidents inside the actual carwash drive through. Allow extra distance between your vehicle and the one in front of you. The attendants put the vehicles too close together! Some smart ass stepped and stayed on his brake while inside the carwash (probably to get some extra 'dry time') that resulted in my wife's car getting pushed into the back of this guy's Suburban. There was damage done to my wife's car and the guy drove off. Fortunately, she was able to get a couple photos of his license plate and vehicle that have been submitted to the local police. Here's my big disappointment and the reason Mister Carwash is getting only 3-stars...not 5. The general manager (Mackenzie) lied when I called to place a complaint. He said that the driver of the Suburban was a 'retail customer' and had no way of finding out who he was. Not true, as my wife followed the guy through the far right lane that's for members only. Meanwhile, Joe the manager told my wife that they guy was a member and had seen the Suburban at that location a few times. So why the lip service? All they had to do is tell us that their customers' information was confidential. Furthermore, they're not going to do anything about it. We were told by both managers that they'd send an incident report to the corporate office and let them decide if they want to do anything or not. It's like they had no control or couldn't make any decisions. What's the point of having onsite management? The bottom line is that this is a good place to get a convenient carwash, but at your own risk. Maintain greater distance between the vehicle in front of you to prevent being pushed into them, and understand that damage can occur if anything (antennas, junk in the back of trucks, rear wipers, etc.) get caught in the brushes. read more

Took truck to Mister, machine broke passenger side mirror housing....Brandon the general manager who is no where experienced in auto repair stated that the manufacturer of the vehicle did not manufacture the mirror correctly and someone added tape to the mirror to hold it in place.... they will not cover repair to the vehicle!! Great place if you need a quick wash. Usually does pretty good, and the free vacuums are great. Still not doing interior cleaning due to covid which I definitely miss, but not essential. If I have a lot of bug marks or dirt spots on my car I'll go though twice and it will still only get maybe 90% off. If you go often it's nice but not best for a deep clean. I've been many times and will keep going so I'll give four stars, but obviously doesn't beat a good hand washing. read more

I really like this facility. It's new, since April but I just used it recently. They have lots of options as well as monthly services. What I like most about this is that they have many locations in which to use your subscription. With other car washes, it was good at one location only. This location itself is only self-service but it has a members only entrance which I've never seen before with any other car wash I've been a member of. The price isn't bad at all $20/mo for regular self wash and $30/mo for their upgraded self wash. I opted for the upgraded one since I don't have a garage and my car is constantly exposed to elements. I would definitely recommend this location to help you keep your car clean. read more
