My Son visited us from Knoxville, TN. for Thanksgiving.!He followed me to wash his truck while i was washing mine. While going through the wash the car wash started and restarted. No big deal until we were vacuuming our vehicles. Immediately noticed the damage and calmly pointed the damage out to an employee. He even commented looks fresh, I get a msnager. He walked over to the assumed msnager and he went missing would not come speak to us. After still calm and very polite found another employee and finally an employee showed up took a report on an ipad and took pictures. He stated his manager would review the cameras and reach out to my son. Not only have they not reached out but would not return his calls. Thankful, it wasn't an expensive repair, but was very inconvenient to repair during a holiday weekend before during back to Knoxville, Tn. Very poor customer service and we will cancel our monthly memberships on our personal and company trucks. I prefer to spend my money with a car wash company who cares about their customers. read more

Just paid for the mid-level wash @ $14.99. 6:00 PM 02/06/2024. Got home and car was still pretty dirty (as in fingertip black after running it across the trunk or hood). I'll come back and update this review if they offer to either re-wash the car or offer a refund. Asked for a receipt but the attendant hit the wrong button. Offered to go in and get me a receipt but I didn't think I'd need one so I said she didn't need to bother. I'll go back tomorrow but without a receipt I'm not sure they'll do anything. I'll try to pull up the record on my cc to take. Returned home after going through the automated wash and car was still filthy. My finger was black after running it across the freshly washed surface. Well we'll where to begin with this shit show‍ They bought Avatar car was and made it Mister car wash that's mistake #1 Mistake #2 is that the whole point of a car wash is to actually wash your car which it DOES NOT! The guy did actually tell me to go again and when I did it still came out dirty, like come on twice and still dirty? Mistake 3 they removed all towels and all the awesome car wash extras that avatar had for us. UGH WHY? do they not know I don't carry towels and Windex with me? Like hello, I come to the car wash for that Mistake #4 they don't have actual normal humans that know there is two sides to my car I pull up she scrubbed one side that was it so the million love bugs now only reside on my left windshield, thanks for that! I could go on and on but if you want your car washed and actually clean don't go here! I tried and they just suck! read more

This place changed ownership. I went yesterday and my car was left soaking wet. The machinery was changed, there is no longer full service and drying service was very poor. It's a shame bc it used to be the best one in town. read more

I will never go back here. The employee was rude and their car wash scratched the hood and door of my car! Unfortunately they've now purchased all 3 of the car washes close to me but I'll make the drive to Kissimmee before I give them another opportunity to damage my car. read more

Just paid $20 for their Premium Carwash that couldn't even clean the bird droppings from my driver side window. Poor quality wash . I'll save my money and wash it myself! Miss the old $5 carwash that used to be in this location. read more

I am very sad that they bought out Avatar, I always got great service and my car looked very clean. I have a Ford Expedition and for some reason every time I go through a Mister Car Wash it DOES NOT clean the back of my car at all. It doesn't even look like I went through a car wash. It is SUPER frustrating to pay $16 and my car come out looking the same. I can deal with the dried soap all over the windows but definitely wish the back would get cleaned. read more

Under new ownership and not worth the time to drive through. Was a monthly subscription holder under Avatar when service was impeccable. Now service is nonexistent. Half the wash heads spin but never touch your vehicle, including the drying buffers at the exit. My car was still beaded with water, even on the sides. Tried to cancel my subscription on the spot, but the "manager", who looks 15, said she wasn't capable of doing so. Do NOT use this company at any of their locations. They took a successful business with a great customer following and turned it into another money grubbing business who cares nothing about quality, just the money they can cheat the public out of. Would not recommend! Compared to the Avatar Car Wash, Mister Car Wash Companies do not compare! Would much rather go pay more money at Pair-a-Dice car wash & have my car detailed. As this car wash does not compare to any other car wash in town. No pre-wash, no detailing options, poor vacuums. Please do not waste your money here. read more

If I could I would give this place zero stars you'll have the same service going through a shell station car wash. Since this new company took over there is zero service. The dry spinners barely dry the car leaving beads of water towards the back of the car. And since there is no attendant your left to dry it off your self. Don't bother washing your car here. Go somewhere they offer more service. read more

Pull out your garden hose & bucket and wash your own car!!!! You will be much happier than if you take your car here to get washed. I Can't believe saint cloud doesn't have a good car wash anymore. This place sucks dont waste your money. read more

New Ownership- Horrible Car wash. No one pre scrubs the car anymore, they don't push your side mirrors in, and No one dries the car or pulls the side mirrors back out after the wash. I have to either put my window down and get it super water streaked or park and pull the mirrors back out. They also took away the - Do it yourself, Pre Bug Scrub area, so you cant even give your car a little extra scrub before hand, since they won't. This ownership does not take pride in this business. It is straight up the MOST basic they can give to the customer. I am cancelling my monthly membership.. it's not close to being worth it anymore. It's very clear that they don't want to pay for workers to do a quality job and keep the clientele that Avatar worked so hard to achieve for this location. Do yourself a favor and wash your car yourself in your driveway. read more

The people are very nice and friendly but the machines don't do a good job and since they no longer offer full service that's what you get, a great smile friendly service and you leave with a dirty vehicle. To add to it, they bought all three carwashes in town. I will be driving to Kissimmee or Melbourne to get my vehicles cleaned from now on. read more
