I had to search for the office myself and knock repeatedly with no answer. When I finally called the number listed online, I was told the only options were to "meet another time" or have the money mailed to me. I was passing through town, so neither option made sense. There was no immediate solution for a payment error caused by their own equipment. If you're going to operate a cash kiosk, you should have a reliable way to return change -- or at the very least, have staff available to fix the issue on the spot. On top of that, the wash itself didn't even get all the dirt off my car. So I paid double for a mediocre result and left frustrated. Between the faulty payment system, lack of on-site assistance, and poor wash quality, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

You would think they would at least have the decency to finish the job after they charge $7K. Also, when I got my vehicle back it now reeks of cigarette smoke. Had to buy air fresheners to cover it up. Just great as I have an infant that rides in the vehicle. Thanks a lot. Wish I would have went somewhere else.

They refuse to take any appointments for oil changes and they don't care that customers want appointments. I have gone several times to get an oil change this month to be turned away because they are too busy and can't get it done before they close. So I ask when would be a better time. They always say between 2-3 pm. Yet that's the time I've been coming and I keep getting refused service. I pressed and asked why appointments can't be made and was told it's because the owners don't feel it's necessary. Um clearly the owners are clueless because the customers want it and when customers are being turned away it's clear you need appointments. I was told the owners are aware that customers want appointments but they refuse to do it.

Oscar, our sales person did a great job of setting up test drives, explaining options, etc... It was now closing time, so we all agreed to come back in the morning to try to make a deal. That evening we seen online, other Buick dealers giving $1,000 more than they were offering. We asked for the additional money off our deal, and the MANAGER on duty simply said "NO". Deal done! No sale, no conversation, just no! We left there at 10:30 am and went directly to Valley Buick and by Noon, we had a new Buick. Terrible customer service by the MANAGER!!!!
