It's good to know in most places you may travel to with your vehicle, your car wash is paid for with the subscription. The unlimited plan is $30 and is a real value here in central Florida where sand and wind shield bugs get at you every day. Compared to Superwash, which they purchased in mid 2021, this service is HORRIBLE! No interior cleaning (but free vacuum so you can do it yourself), no hand drying exterior, no tire shine, no armor all, no fragrance, and no hand wax! We might as well have cleaned our car at home by ourselves and saved the $8 basic wash fee. We pulled up ready to pay up to $60 for a full detailed hand waxed car! We were SO DISAPPOINTED! They have 3 washes ranging from $7 to $20. I went with the $11. They also have monthly plans with unlimited washes. Free vacuums that really suck ( in a good way). Do not go to this place!!!! They have not resolved our claim nor calls us back $1500 damage to our car!!!! We took our GMC Yukon XL to this car wash and on our First visit they tore the rear panels off the right side of our vehicle. We filed a claim with them and haven't heard anything back. The vehicle was also still filthy but I wasn't going to drive through again. The entire bumper cover will have to be replaced because it was actually torn up by their equipment. They didn't even offer our money back for the bad car wash. I understand it's not a hand wash. It's just machines. We've been in many machine car washes but they've never torn our car apart before and if they did they would have at least offered our money back. I also notice that they never respond to their reviews - negative or positive ones. Which is not good business, though they claim to be all about the customer. We used to go to Manatee Car wash but their building was torn down and decided to try the new place in the next town. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE I ACTUALLY LIKE INTO THEIR CAR WASH. Basically not impressed at all. Basically just trying to get the bugs off my car and it barely did that and we paid for a "Platinum Wash". There are still bugs on my windshield and rear view mirrors as well, which the machines actually hit. If you're going to be a car wash, in Florida, you should probably plan a pre scrub or something to eliminate that problem. Plus, the vacuums had very minimum suction. I took my truck through the car was, a simple, not giant lifted truck to be clear, a bone stock jeep truck. The machines at mister will not wash the front end, hood, windshield, roof, bed or tailgate. I asked an attendant about why the cars in front of and behind me got a full wash while I didn't and blame was put on my windshield as being too steep. Hey, folks higher up at mister.... what about literally EVERY rear window on any s.u.v. or other pickup in the world? What about 80s and 90s model pickups with boxy windshields? Sounds like a cheap excuse, then to be followed up with the "it's for customer safety" response that management's had to tell attendants to hand out... I had just purchased a monthly membership, in the vehicle to be washed and nobody could mention that they were only going to wash less than half of my truck... they still charge full price though... The attendant did kindly ask if the machine washed the sides... what a compromise, at least my doors got cleaned.. somewhat. Needless to say, I'm canceling the membership. Any one else with a less than super sloped windshield beware. Your only getting 3/8 of a wash for full price. Find somewhere else that will actually give you what you paid for. read more

Went here for their grand opening, was talked into the unlimited package. Car was still dirty, when I questioned it, their reply was "it won't all come off". They do not pre-scrub like the car wash in Mt. Dora. Of course I asked for a refund, which they gave me but also offered to have someone scrub the front of the car, no thank you! If you have a wrangler don't bother wasting your time!!! I spent the $20 on the super premium wash, went thru and pulled around to the side to vacuum out the interior. I noticed that the whole passenger side of the Jeep was still dusty maybe 60% of it was clean. So I rolled back through to the entrance and the guy told me that they change the settings of the wash for jeeps so the arms of the wash brushes don't hit the fenders or the windshield. He said that they have cracked a few windshields there from it. Then he proceeded to tell me that most wrangler owners buy a monthly subscription and a run through the wash a few times usually gets it clean. No, so I left and had to go home and finish washing my Jeep. Waste of time and $20! read more

I was at the Leesburg one near Itchiban, and this young woman outside by the pay station was trying to hard sell me a membership, push for a tip, and then took my credit card out of my hand even after I told her not to touch it. She gave me serious attitude because I didn't want her to touch my card. Treated me like I was stupid and couldn't do the transaction myself. Won't go back there even though it's right by my house. This car wash does a great job. Even the wheels are cleaned perfectly. Love bugs come off pretty well too.

I was very dissatisfied with the service here at this carwash. First of all, I pulled up to pick my service on the self-service kiosk(which most people know how to use) and they have a couple people there to promote their top packages and walk you thru the process. I had my mind set on a basic wash, but was convinced that platinum package would be more beneficial. After going through carwash, my car still was dirty in front and on side mirrors. (please know that my car was not that dirty to begin with) After going back around to show them how dirty my car still was... they didn't even seem to care but said that I should upgrade to the unlimited membership plan and then I could go through as many times as I need.) I thought that this was crazy because they just told me how extra clean the platinum package would make my car. They allowed me to go through a second time and this time they manually sprayed something extra on the front of the car(which they should have done the first time, instead of advertising) After my second time through, my car still did not look very clean. My car could have been just as clean if I would have just sprayed my car down with a hose. I usually go to the carwash a few miles down that is in Mount Dora and for $5 I get a much better wash. I feels as though I was ripped off, but hopefully my review will help others avoid the same mistake. Just go to the Mount Dora carwash which is close and get a basic wash that will turn out much better than this fake platinum package. read more
