I used to go to this location all the time. The last time i did I took my truck through here and it ripped the antenna off and messed up the fender. The manager on location denied it and said they weren't responsible. Called corporate and they had the manager call me. He could still care less. That's fine. I can take my personal and work vehicles somewhere else. If you have a nice car find another car wash to use. Sad I have to make an insurance claim on something as petty as this. read more

I am new to the area at was looking for a new place to take my beloved Jeep. Well, since we are in the process of moving I have a lot of stuff in my car. One item was my thumb drive. I sucked it up with the vacuum. I thought it was gone. I asked the manager (Ryan) if it was possible to retrieve it, and he did. He actually went through that mess of the vacuum system to get my item back for me. He had called me that evening to let me know that he had gotten it. I stopped by the next day to get it and there it was!!! In addition, I already had bird droppings on my car since the day before, so he even gave me a car wash as a courtesy! I came out of their Shoreview, MN wash today with scratch's to the passenger side. No soap sprayed on passenger side and it seemed dry. There aren't many places on Robert Street that are superior to other locations, but this is certainly one of them. Mister Car Wash updated all of their vacuuming stations in the early spring to make it so that each area has an independent hose per side. Do you know how fucking amazing it is to not have to try and maneuver one of those stupid things to the opposite side of your vehicle only to find it's a foot too short? As if that weren't sweet enough, the vacuums are free. Yes... free. And they suck better/more efficiently than any car vacuum I've ever had the displeasure of blowing my money on. In fact, the only thing that they ask is that you use the car wash system first--a very reasonable request--and you'll certainly want to do so. It's a fully automated drive-through setup that features varying wash options ranging from 6-14 (depending on your 'add on' options) bucks. I've been through a lot of automatic car washes as well as 'DIY' stalls. I'm obsessive over every detail and can most certainly get my car cleaner by hand, but you know what? It takes a whole fuck ton of a lot longer and it ultimately ends up being more expensive -and- frustrating. I'm a hair over a quarter of a century old; aint nobody got time fo dat. As for other various automated car washes? They're fucking laughably terrible. Bird poo? LAWL IT'S STAYING. Pollen? COOL STORY, BRO. Straight-up dirt? SWOONY TWO-TONE PAINT JOB. Mister Car Wash, though? Awesome. Even the six dollar wash does the job more often than not, provided you haven't parked around a bunch of seagulls on a steady Taco Bell diet. If it's not crowded, it's not unreasonable to expect you'll be in and out (full wash and vacuum) within fifteen minutes. That time frame should happily fit into pretty much anyone's schedule. Quick additional notes: - The employees keep a nice tight ship (the garbage cans are never overflowing, they regularly take care of the crap people don't pick up around the vacuum stations) and sometimes they'll randomly give you a discount off the wash. - It can get crowded, but they have two separate pay stations to allow two lines to be formed which helps to alleviate the flow. The wait is never unbearably long, so it's cool. - Shell out the two extra bucks for the improved undercarriage wash in the winter months. It's -definitely- worth it as it mercilessly slaughters all the salt buildup. read more

Everytime we go through the wash they never get the back of our cars sprayed we'll. It is still dirty and the back up camera is dirty so we have to clean it off. Guy needs to stand facing the back when he sprays it. We are waiting for a new car wash across the street read more

Sept. 2018 - Something was off, there was a milky haze after I left the wash. I called but no voicemail. Filled out the contact form online and I got a response "Thank you for choosing Mister Car Wash® to clean your vehicle. We see that you have asked to cancel your Unlimited Wash Club® membership." HUH? Not my complaint or issue - Reading is fundamental. Update: They did call back an offer to run it through again. Vacuum suction is great. Overall a pretty good wash. The only thing I don't like is that they jam the cars so close together. You have to rush out at the end, never getting the rear-end fully dry because if you wait for the belt to kick you out, the car INCHES behind you, will ram you. Leave some space! read more

My car received multiple scratches through the clear coat on the driver's side after getting a wash here. I called them the same day, and they told me to come down. After waiting for 30 minutes, an employee took pictures, my name, and my phone number and told me the manger would call me on Monday. The car wash does a good job on your vehicle, but be aware of the touch screen when you pay. It asks you if you want the $22 wash if you touch "no thanks" it will automatically tell you that you bought the $16 wash. They assume that there is a line behind you and you don't want to wait for help. When I call for help the attendant admitted that is set up that way to make more money. YOU NEED TO TOUCH THE "MISTER" AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THE SCREEN TO PULL UP THE DIFFERENT WASH OPTIONS. read more

I visited Mister Car Wash a few times because it is close to my house, but I'm really disappointed in their service. Every time I've gotten home from there, my car is covered is soap still, and not fully rinsed at all. I shouldn't have to wipe my car down again after a carwash in which I paid $15 to get (which I didn't even get a receipt for since the machine had a printer error). The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that they do have useful and free vacuums there to do the interior, and that they have many spots so you can always use one. read more

My car received a large scratch on the top, scratch from the passengers side front window back to the middle back part of the drivers side door. Clearly visible when getting in and out of the car. This happened on 3-10-18 at 5:10 PM. I called to tell the car wash in which they said come in and we will take a look at it. I went in on the 13th my next available time to go in, they took a picture, took my contact info and a picture of my receipt and said the general/district manager would call me back on the 14th. No call, I called back on the 15th was asked if it was the $2000 damage claim I said that it has not been estimated yet and I was in on the 13th and had a picture taken and the manager was suppose to call me back. They put him on the phone, Greg said looking at the picture there was no way it could have happened in the wash, I disagreed and told him that it was not there prior to the wash, he stated the car would have been dirty and you would not have been able to see it. I stated it was not that dirty and it was on the top of the car.....the clean part. He argued and said it could not have happened in his wash. I told him I was not calling to argue with him but that I instead would report to my insurance company and they could do the investigation. He was rude, short and unprofessional. read more
