I started vaping on some of the worst equipment you can imagine that worked half the time and was a part-time job just to keep it working. The juice when I started vaping was for the most part all from China, it all smelled and tasted relatively bad and you really didn't know what you were getting when it came in the mail. The fact that there is are brick and mortar vape shops available makes me do a happy dance. As for Mister E, they are doing it right, not perfect, but right. First, the good. Their juice is very good. It is tasty, they offer a ton of flavors and although it is a premium juice, it is priced pretty well. Safety is also good. They have actual juice labs at both locations. They are actually doing the work to get you safe, controlled juice that is exactly what you pay for. When you are working with chemicals that you are putting in your body, you want them to be taken seriously and to be made in the best way possible...Mister E spent the cash and delivers. Vaping Devices...good selection...descent price...wide enough variety for both the first time vaper and the professional "craft" vaper. Customer service...they do a great job with newbies. If you want information and products to get you into vaping, they are very informative and they don't try to up-sell you into anything but the basics. If you use it, you will come back and buy the fancy stuff eventually and they know it. The Bad! If you know your way around the vaping world, you know that has become an experimental laboratory of hobbyists searching for the perfect vape. A few of the employees I have run into are a bit on the cocky side when it comes to the advanced trends and they tend to talk down to anyone they don't perceive to be as "up" on the new stuff as they are. I suppose it is inevitable when you surround yourself with something you enjoy that you do have an opinion. Just like trying to talk "Chevy" to a "Ford" guy, if you like your set-up you are going to get a bit defensive on occasion. I just feel that they need to remember that the customer is ALWAYS right and in the end you as the seller sometimes need to keep your opinions under wraps. He said that he keeps trying to get them to transfer them but they have not responded. So today they got in a shippment of them to other stores and management won't transfer them to this store for me a lonf time paying customer. If i want them i ahve to drive way out of my way to those stores to get them myself. I guess don't value their customers. I will not be spending my money there nor recommending them to anyone else.
