When she returned, an NP was with her. The NP asked to look at my neck, and within a minute told me she would prescribe a pill, water solution, and shampoo/conditioner. Asked if I had any questions and left. She never looked at the patches on my back or told me why this condition could have occurred. She was in the room for less than 5 minutes, but my insurance had a charge for $475. When I arrived at the pharmacy to get my prescriptions, the shampoo and conditioner weren't included. I was told that they got the script, but were unable to fill it at that location, so they weren't sure why it was sent over. I've tried the topical water solution for a few months now, but the dryness is still present. I did not return for my follow up appointment, as the initial encounter felt rushed.

Every hygienist I've had here has been excellent and Dr. Tysse is laid back and funny, but very thorough in his exam. After seeing Dr. Tysse for a year or so I had a tooth that needed a root canal and crown. I just had my appointment to have the crown done and was pleased that they have a machine in the office that makes the crown right there in a matter of minutes--my understanding is that at the majority of offices you have to make 2 appointments when having a crown done--one a week after the first, so that they can have the crown sent out and made. My appointment w/ Dr. Tysse took 3 hours, but I left with my perfect new crown and didn't have to come back a week later.
