Just to start you off...I was a pack and a half a day smoker. I don't smoke anymore! I have been an avid "vaper" since 2008, which in the vaping world makes me a dinosaur. I started vaping on some of the worst equipment you can imagine that worked half the time and was a part-time job just to keep it working. The juice when I started vaping was for the most part all from China, it all smelled and tasted relatively bad and you really didn't know what you were getting when it came in the mail. The fact that there is are brick and mortar vape shops available makes me do a happy dance. As for Mister E, they are doing it right, not perfect, but right. First, the good. Their juice is very good. It is tasty, they offer a ton of flavors and although it is a premium juice, it is priced pretty well. Safety is also good. They have actual juice labs at both locations. They are actually doing the work to get you safe, controlled juice that is exactly what you pay for. When you are working with chemicals that you are putting in your body, you want them to be taken seriously and to be made in the best way possible...Mister E spent the cash and delivers. Vaping Devices...good selection...descent price...wide enough variety for both the first time vaper and the professional "craft" vaper. Customer service...they do a great job with newbies. If you want information and products to get you into vaping, they are very informative and they don't try to up-sell you into anything but the basics. If you use it, you will come back and buy the fancy stuff eventually and they know it. The Bad! If you know your way around the vaping world, you know that has become an experimental laboratory of hobbyists searching for the perfect vape. A few of the employees I have run into are a bit on the cocky side when it comes to the advanced trends and they tend to talk down to anyone they don't perceive to be as "up" on the new stuff as they are. I suppose it is inevitable when you surround yourself with something you enjoy that you do have an opinion. Just like trying to talk "Chevy" to a "Ford" guy, if you like your set-up you are going to get a bit defensive on occasion. I just feel that they need to remember that the customer is ALWAYS right and in the end you as the seller sometimes need to keep your opinions under wraps. Friendly knowledgeable helpful. They don't seem to be in business to sell you stuff you don't need and will give honest helpful advice. I have purchased lots of ejuice and equipment in person and online also. I live only about 6 miles from the Plymouth store. I kinda like mail order too it is fast and free shipping for locals. I guess it kinda makes up for paying sales tax???? I don't think they can give out free samples anymore but will throw in a little 10 ml bottle for a dime mail order. Hello Yelpers, If your looking for best BEST vape liquid I have ever tried... go to (or order online like I do) MISTER-E-LIQUID!!! Ritual suicide is better than going to Mister E's. I have waited 15 minutes just to get a plastic tip so I could try fluids before someone asked if I needed help. And they have several employees there, they were just talking. Then whenever I do get help the guys are so rude, pretentious, and down right douche bags. Then I tried some fluids chose a couple but when I got them in my good tanks at home they didn't taste the same but when I tried to return them, like most other places in town do, they wouldn't!! It's not like I changed my mind. It really didn't taste the same. Basically the few times I've had ti go in there, I hate it and it's a terrible experience everytime!!! read more

I enjoy going to Mister E's as everyone is very friendly and helpful. They also run contests on Facebook for free 30 ml bottles. They have a lot of great equipment and they take the time on how to use it. I once got a tank stuck and they fixed it for me even though it was not purchased there. Great customer service. I got my ego passthru kit here when I started and the staff was informative and helpful to a beginner. They have a nice order setup through tablets with a personalized customer login which is nice! Haven't been there lately so I'm not sure if they are carrying any premium juice brands. Overall a nice shop for someone getting into vaping. read more

The best experience I've had at a vape shop, I've been to between 15 & 20 shops now. Their knowledge of Vaping & everything that goes with it surpasses every other shop I've been to by far. They know what they are talking about, very friendly, & have some of the best prices you will find. I love their eliquid absolute Apple, lemon ice, blue voodoo, & simply strawberry are a few of my favs. Lots of options for the eliquid. They know a lot about rebuildables & have everything you might need. For me it was worth a 2 hour drive & now I just order online unless I'm in the area. I recommend to anyone wanting to try vaping.
