Kevin expertly diagnosed the issues and did a great job getting it properly repaired. My insurance company was a bit difficult to deal with but Craft Collision dealt with it. Craft had to replace an entire quarter panel, bumper, trim, and other damaged parts, but you can't even tell that my vehicle was hit. The damaged area looks like new! I recently had some damage to the driver door of my Eruption Green Bronco and I took it to an actual collision center for an estimate. The collision center told me it would be in the neighborhood of $1500-$2000 and they would have to repaint both doors on the driver's side in order to match it as best they could. But the guy in the collision center also recommended Dent Machine and gave me Dale's business card. I texted Dale on a Friday with photos and he gave me a price estimate and said he could repair it on Monday at 11: 00 am. Well, Dale showed up at 11:00am and repaired the door for the price quoted. He was very friendly and patient enough to answer all my questions, I told him I was very skeptical of the technique. He said he understood the skepticism and then proceeded to repair the door to his standards, and it turned out beautifully! The service was exceptional. Dale was very professional and the quality of his work is second to none. The final bill was approximately $495.00, and I was so impressed with the results that I gave him a tip, which I normally would not do in this instance. This last time my husband was having work done on the truck (line-ex, lifts etc etc) and I went ahead and jack-knifed the trailer behind the truck causing a new dent, threatening to delay the scheduled work on his truck. To make a long story short, despite all the terrible things I've done to my poor husband's truck, Dale came right out in a day and spent hours in the hot sun ensuring that the dents were gone. I have a long-overdue rave to give about the folks at Ridgetop! Last year we got caught in the…read morecycle of almost losing my daughter's beloved Camry following a low-speed accident. The first place we ended up had sent in an estimate that instantly deemed the car totaled, and they were about to have it sent to salvage. I posted in a local FB group for help because I was certain the car should have been fixable, but in calling around I hadn't found anyone who was willing to try. Chuck Bobinger responded to me and became the savior of this situation! He walked me through everything I needed to do. They fixed and replaced just what was needed mechanically and aesthetically, for a reasonable cost that ended up less than the settlement. The car was restored beautifully, quite literally "like it never happened." (One advantage of this terribly late review is I can attest that the car has been golden ever since and makes regular road trips.)
