We had termite problem and was referred by mainly every friend I asked to Mister Sprayman. They sent a very knowledgeable person to do the inspection and he is conservative and we can tell he doesn't suggest the unnecessary things like some big companies do. The person answered the phone was so nice and polite. So we decided to get a precaution treatment around the house that no one even pushed. The technician came to do the job was so processional, detailed and awesome. He patiently answered all the questions we asked. Wow!! At first when I read the reviews and figured I give it a shot since they are locally own and a smaller business which I love to help smaller businesses. I have 2 property I need for pest control. The first guy who came by for one of my property was very professional and nice. This was just the beginning of the service to do a one time spray. After that, I decided to give them a shot to do a 4-6 months service agreement with the one property and then decided to add another property for service. Each property had different workers depending where you're located. The first property I had a younger kid which I forget his name and recently they switch him to another gentleman that was professional and nice, and the 2nd property another employee name Chad. Prior to the 2nd property, Terminix serviced for a very long time and they do a great job but it was just too expensive and decided to support local business which I went with Mr. Sprayman. After, 4-6 months of service with Mr. Sprayman on the 2nd property, I recently had my last service done today. But before this service, he would text me a day before that he is coming to spray, which I delay the appointments a couple of times to let him know it won't work for me and if he could come a different day due to the fact that I specified on day 1 I would like him to spray inside and outside. I would think it shouldn't be a problem even though I rescheduled 3 times, but he gave me a reason why we need to keep the (recurring appointment as we are 2 weeks behind). Whether or not we are behind on recurring appointments, the situation was not handled well. At first Chad was nice but now you can see he is unprofessional and rude. This last visit, he had a grudge, rude attitude and ignored the instruction we ask him to do. I am giving a 2 star because there are the other employees that are professional and easy to talk to but I will never have Mr. Sprayman service me again. This is how a company should be ran! A year and half a go an inspector from mister Sprayman came to the house we were buying. Fast forward to now, we are selling our house and another pest company saw that our roof has a BUNCH of rotting all along the edges. There was NO way this happened in that short of time so we called mister Sprayman back out to see what they missed. They apologized and said they will cover all of the repairs. The man who missed it was known for not being a good employee, so they were honest and are covering it. It is a HUGE relief, because we need to sell and wouldn't be able to afford such a big repair. This company came out twice in five months. I live in the country and needed service every two weeks, but they couldn't/wouldn't accommodate me. Since I had never had any insects in the house from my other services I didn't expect to see any with the new service. We called Mr Sprayman almost 3 months ago. They came out, put out traps for rodents and promised to come by twice that week PLUS call. Well, that was on Monday August 10th. No one came by or has called since. I called yesterday, Monday November 2nd and they were to have some one out tomorrow, Wednesday the 4th in morning. They just called me and said I just had an introductory visit. No one is required to come back or call or any follow-up! Lousy, lousy service. They want lots of money up front BUT TO DO WHAT? Get the same lousy service? What service? Their traps are still in my attic! I still have rats, though have killed many with MY OWN TRAPS!!! The lady started to argue with me. I want to warn EVERYONE not to trust Mr Sprayman. The ONLY reason I gave them one star is because they did come out. Please please please be wary of what they tell you!
