Had an amazing experience. At the beginning of this summer we started having issues with those big water bugs / roaches coming into our home looking for water and food. At first we were just removing them ourselves but one day my roommate saw 6 of them and was getting traumatized by it. So I needed a same day service. I contacted other pest control places and this was the only place that could come the same day. The tech that came was really nice and informative. Impressed with this company. Had a rocky start with them, but it turned out well. Requested service for a dead rodent under my house. Came out, did inspection, said would have a quote for me in three or four business days. I wasn't happy with this as I wanted my immediate problem taken care of. Manager called the next day, apologized for what happened, rearranged some stuff and sent a tech out. This tech went under the house, found the rodent, removed it. Problem solved. Amazing follow up and willingness to correct issues. Very pleased with what was done and the attention to this issue. Now looking at long term service from them. read more

I have been using Ecoguard Pest Management for a few months. It was a referral from my mom when I discovered a very large and active yellow jacket nest in my yard. I am in the Santa Cruz area and Jose Duarte came out and looked at it and confirmed it was a yellow jacket nest. He went over options and told me it would take several treatments to remove and steps to take. He was very professional and safely made sure it was taken care of. He continues to service my outside monthly and did an intial inside service to take care of some insects in my kitchen. read more

They have made my house bug free. I haven't had to worry about ants,spiders or any crawling critters for almost 3 years now. When they have treated the inside of my house I have felt really good. With other companies I use to have breathing problems after days of the treatment and with EcoGuard my family and I have felt good. I really must say the only unfortunate thing about this company is that it took me so long to leave this review. That was very unfair of me because they really do deserve these 5 stars and a very positive review. When I first went through EcoGuard I was not to happy with the results. It really wasn't because of the company but more so an employee that had done my treatment. At the time I did not know this. So of course I complained. I was pretty down in the dumps thinking the worst. Thinking I would have to go somewhere else and pay again for my services needed. The results from my complaint actually shocked me. I was contacted not only by someone but someone pretty high up in the chain of command. I was shocked on what I was told. Complete honesty. I was told that one of the employees was not performing the procedures as taught and he was definitely no longer with the company. Do you know that saying one bad apple spoils the whole bunch? Well that does not apply here. They got rid of the bad apple and rectified the whole situation. Within one time of speaking to the person who was higher up I felt this huge sense of relief. There was just so much honesty and compassion from them I literally cried when I got off the phone. They fixed everything and made everything right. They even stayed in constant contact and walked us through every move and every option. They were there the whole time and it was comforting to not feel alone or stressed during the process. I have never found a company that was so kind, caring, and so proud and confident in there company. They should be. They were there for my family and myself and I truly from the bottom of my heart believe they just wanted to make us happy. I appreciate everything they have done for us. My house is pest and bed bug free and has been for quite some time. EcoGuard really does deserve the recognition for being the great company they are. Even with the issues in the beginning I without a second thought would give them 5 stars any day of the week.
