I've been using Dustin 's pest control for about a year and the results are awesome! During their most recent visit, I let them know we've had some issues with ants in our downstairs bathroom. The technician took a look on the outside of the house and found three different ant hills under the garden mulch, that borders are home. He let me know that he dug out the holes, sprayed them, and then added a "tenting" repellant that would stick around longer most sprays. We've been ant free since January and even with the temperature getting warmer I have yet to see any signs of ants or ant hills. I have a mice problem, I called Dustin Pest Control the tech arrived looked behind my stove and I asked him if there was a problem he told me I've seen worse. We just finished putting new tile down in our kitchen floor so there could not be that big of a problem behind my stove. The tech looked around I showed him the traps and poison I had laid out myself he told me that I was doing what he would do and that he was sorry but he still needed to get the $50.00 inspection fee for coming out. I found him to be pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and patient, directly responding to any questions I had. A nice face forward impression representing the business. And although I never shake hands with a 'pest control' person (bubonic plague), an air fist bump served the basic person. Looks like we're doing a another permitter treatment that consists of drilling, trenching and injecting the whole structure. I'm grateful to God that it isn't worse and that I won't need to tent and put folks up in a hotel. As you can see from all my pics, I've used this company in the past and thought highly of them. When I bought the house next door to this tri-plex I didn't even want an inspection done and simply wanted it tented, essentially NUKED for anything known to man--whether or not anything was visible. So when you call and ask for a range for fumigation, giving exact sq footage and say worst and best scenario, and they say that it varies in price of chemicals based on day. I asked if I was doing it today, they still can't give you a price, you go to the next business. This is the kind of business that make me think sketchy. Disclosure, I mentioned that is a rental property that had renters for over 15 years, its cleaned out and I saw a couple mites and want to fumigate for termites just incase. read more

TLDR; "Dustins Pest control has no remedy for the ants at your home" ~Eddie(Manager).... in 12 months, they had to come reservice 9 times. (3 out of 12 = F- in service!) Ive been with Dustins Since September 2023. It has been nothing but a struggle force them to perform quality service. Not only will you continuously have to recall them to re-spray, you will have to leave the home for 4+ hours. I work from home, so its a nightmare contracting with dustins, theyve even been here 3 time in one month to respray the interior. The previous time they arrived, they asked me to remove all the furniture in the house from the walls and I did before they came and serviced on Dec 19th 2024, and today, we have ants again in the house in the exact spot they sprayed. We have a bi-weekly maid service, and I was in the Military, so we keep a tight ship here. Not understanding why we are having this issue. I decided to call, and of course the person on the phone "Linda the CSR" is upset at me for requesting the dates of when they kept having to re-service my house. She abruptly puts me on hold for a few minutes to get the dates. Then Eddie the office manager picks up the phone minutes later. Looks at all dates since we've been contracted and says. "Dustins Pest control has no remedy for the ants at your home". I ask if dustins is willing to refund me for a month of service because I had to leave my home 3 times and getting the same result over the last 30 days. He refunds my money and cancels my service for tomorrow, and maybe forever I think lol. Not sure how I became the enemy for wanting quality service and supporting local. but yeh, if you work from home, you gotta expect to be OutOfOffice 12-16 Hours a month at times... and then they (might) kick you to the curb after you realize they stink. read more

We have been using dustins for a few years now. After looking through many reviews on Yelp we decided to try them out when we had a specific pest problem after buying a fridge out of someone's back yard (bad idea). I really like most of the technicians that come out, there was one that came inside our house when we had a big spray that needed to be done and he explained everything he did and looked at the bugs. His knowledge and interest was very much appreciated and he made me feel like I was more than just another customer. For the most part when they come our monthly they spend a good amount of time in the yard, and address any concerns you have. I would say out of the 5 or so years I've been a customer we have probably had less than 10 experiences where I felt they spent less than 10 minutes at my house before leaving. We often ask them to spray our garage or leave sticky traps as well. Their office staff is extremely inconsistent. They don't bill or schedule on time each month. They have messed up the billing several times and when you speak with them they are often pretty rude. The best way to gauge the service of a company is not when everything goes right, but when it instead goes wrong. I've had to explain to them in detail when they messed up our billing and after going back and forth then they understood and remedied the situation. All in all we have stayed customers because the technicians are knowledgeable and do a good job and the price point we find reasonable when comparing to other companies. Dustin Pest Control has been servicing our home for more than a year now. Every other month, they send a text message to notify us that a rep will be coming. The reps take down any webs, then spray our yard for ants, fleas, ticks and spiders. They are always respectful of our property and good about answering questions. I've been a long standing customer of Dustin Pest Control. I want to commend and thank the technician (Tim) that serviced my home recently. First, I had a couple requests, that were relayed to the technician prior to his visit, after speaking to an office staff member. The office staff, has always been accommodating and helpful. Tim, to the letter, followed through with my requests. One of those requests was to leave sticky pads to trap cockroaches. He gave me a couple, but that was less than what I needed. He told me he would return 2 days later with additional sticky pads and leave them outside my front door. True to his word, he not only returned with the pads, but also followed up with a call. Be careful about having them come into your home to spray -one of the men took my camera. I lived alone and never had any visitors or repair men and he was the only person who had full access to my home. I didn't realize it was gone until I kept looking for it. It was above a shelf in my closet. Make sure you have cameras installed in your home. read more

We unfortunately discovered that we had the beginnings of subterranian termites in a wall in our home, and this was confirmed though a thorough home inspection with Dustin Pest Control in November of last year. We chose this company due to their numerous positive reviews, and are happy to say that their reviews are well warranted! Our initial contact through yelp with with Bailey, who was helpful in setting up our appointment for inspection. Rodney did a great thorough job with his inspection report and we were happy to receive all information and quotes in a timely manner. Between scheduling services with Emerald on the phone last week, to making our payment transaction when the job was complete through Terri this week, everything went incredibly smoothly and we could not be more pleased with their customer service and assistance with answering all our questions. Our representative that came out to do the job yesterday, Vince, was an incredible employee. Not only did he arrive to our house on time, but he took the time to thoroughly explain all the details of what he planned to do, made sure that we were confident in his plans as he was completing the tasks, and also showed us his completed work when he was done. I live in a brand new house, just months ago it was a dirt lot. Obviously there are going to be bugs, spiders, ants,etc. I read all the reviews on yelp for pest control. I used yelp to contact Dustin pest control, and to set the appointment. Shawn showed up right on time, he even called to let me know he was on his way. He sprayed the inside and out side of the house. Shawn explained to me that we were about to see a lot of dead/dying bugs/spiders in the next few hours and over the next weeks. Bugs and pests like to hide and that this was going to make them all come running out. Boy was Shawn correct. I have dead bugs and spiders everywhere in the garage and around the outside of my home! It literally looks like a battle field! Apparently the bugs come out of the breathing screens on the outside of the house and when they do, they die. We are very happy with Dustin Pest Control! We had initially been hesitant about hiring a pest control service due to prior bad experiences, but needed to protect our dogs from black widows, fleas, etc. I love the fact that inside and outside is included, if needed and if you need a little extra treatment, they'll come out again at no charge. We have used Dustin for almost a year now and have had creepy crawly creatures under control thanks to them! All of the technicians are thorough and take time to ask if anything specific is needed. Ralph has been our usual technician and he takes his time, doesn't bypass any part of the job (which was the problem with previous pest control companies) and goes the extra mile. Paid up front for a years service. Per contract, to service every 3rd Tuesday of every month. Two of four months they never showed up and NEVER communicated with us. Demanding a refund. When they did show up most of the time we had to call to argue with the company to get the service we negotiated and contracted for and they'd have to call the guy to come back. I'm not their babysitter. We're both retired and at home but if you're not home to ensure they do the job right, there's no telling what they would or wouldn't do. I had called to have a one-time service done primarily for ants and spiders. We packed up 3 cats and our dog to leave our house, drive to my parents' house, and inconvenience them with our pets for the 4 hours recommended. In short, I came home to the images below right by my front door, which was specifically pointed out to the very (friendly and professional) tech. I'm disabled so I wasn't able to walk my property, but if my front door is bad, I can only imagine the rest. They texted me for a rating/review before I even got to my parents who live 5 miles away. After contacting them via text about the issue, instead of calling me about the issue, I received text messages (see below). Almost 200 dollars for poor results and after texting them that they could return for the exterior only due to the pets, they said they would come back for the front door and garage... When we moved into our house the termite inspection (not done by Dustin) said there were some signs of termites - though it was minor. The bid was crazy and our realtor recommended we get a second opinion. Thank goodness we did - and we are even more thankful it was by Dustin Pest Control who are honest in their work. Shawn came and did a limited inspection following the previous inspector's report and after searching and searching he said he could not find ANY sign of termites in our house. He said 'we'd love the business if you did, but I just cannot find anything - I have looked everywhere'. We were floored but so grateful for his honesty as we were ready to fork out the $2k the previous firm quoted. Besides a great outcome, the receptionist was so friendly, scheduling was easy, and their quoted fees were totally reasonable. It was the best $50 we've spent! Had a rodent issue and when the tech showed up, he confirmed I needed abatement, but said Dustin no longer does it. Asked my bimonthly service tech to include wasp treatment in his visit and was told by office this was fine. It wasn't done and my front porch was invaded by wasps requiring me to spray myself just two days later. Will be looking for another company. read more
