My car overheated and I took it here around when they closed. They said they'd look at it first thing in the morning and then give me a call. It gets to be around 1:45pm the next day and there was no call. I called, and they said my car was up next. Two hours later, I call again and they said the same thing. I call for the final time about 10 min before close (4:50ish) and they say that my vehicle is up next for tomorrow morning. So, I ask the person why I called multiple times and was told it'd be up next for an entire day but he said there had been multiple employees working so he didn't even know who talked to me. I was noticeably upset but I wasn't insulting or overly disrespectful, I work too and understand that it probably wasn't the guy I was talking too's fault but I am (for good reason) upset about my situation. I could have forgiven all of this. Shit happens. But THEN the next morning the owner calls to just go off on me for being upset? He instantly came at me with "we don't need your service" and was very rude for no reason. He would hardly allow me to say what I needed to say and kept interrupting me. Then he kept a saying how messed up my car is and how there's probably gonna be a lot more wrong with it and it'd probably take time. As soon as he said this I knew he'd try to overcharge me if I continued with him so I took him up on his offer to take my business elsewhere. I have NEVER had to deal with such petty, unprofessional behavior from a business!

CA broke 3 of my front wheel studs & refused to accept responsibility, denied a refund, and yelled at & berated me.

Over priced by 900 dollars . For 2004 Air compressor repair. I took it to another shop and was changed 1000 dollars less.

I called him the first time and he came out and failed to complete the repair and wanted $130 bucks and promised to come back and repair the problem. Then it snowed. After the weather was better I never heard a word from Antwoine! I called him and he came out and again he failed to repair the car. Claimed he would ensure better communication and didn't! Haven't heard from him since. I DO NOT recommend his services. Extremely unprofessional and does not know the courtesy of a phone call and will not do what he promises. I can understand busy schedules but a phone call only takes a minute! The only reason I'm not giving him a big fat 0 is because I had to give at least one star! He won't be in business long so use him at your own risk!

This is in response to A2 Automobile Repair. We spoke Friday, and he agreed to return Saturday to…read morediagnose the issue, but he never showed. When I texted at 12:25 PM asking his arrival time, he said he couldn't come due to weather--even though it wasn't raining--and then pushed availability to next Thursday, which doesn't work for me due to a scheduled surgery. He has avoided completing the work he was paid to do. I paid a $100 diagnostic fee (with the understanding it would go toward repairs), and we agreed on a $450 total. He later increased the price to $750 without justification. I have invoices showing the originally agreed work and costs. He also failed to properly diagnose the issue, which could have included a simple code reset and pressure test. I even provided proof from AutoZone showing no parts were purchased for my vehicle. Overall, this was unprofessional and unreliable service. Proceed with caution. When he told me he was only 19 years old it all made sense. Please do not use his guy, but if you do know he is just a back yard mechanic.
