His lack of care and communication was abhorrent. She is still trying to overcome the year of neglect and will now find a new doctor. She had to go to an acupuncturist md who analyzed her blood test and verified these deficiencies. A nightmare experience that should not have happened!! Beware!! He is just after the money!! He does not look out for the patient.

Dr. Sue is that doctor - after a referral from a friend a couple of years ago, I have chosen to stay with Dr. Sue despite changes in insurance and moves around the city. He's easy to talk to, non-judgmental, and retains a shocking amount of your history (even when you don't necessarily go in regularly). Not only would I recommend him to anyone as a PCP, but I am honestly grateful to have such a great doctor.

I'm also getting harassed by their attorneys. Please be cautious if you choose to get care from this practice. I will be moving forward with my claim to the medical board. I'm writing this to warn others to be extremely cautious about the billing practices at Dr. Enayatis Offices. Before starting treatment, I was explicitly reassured by both the doctor and staff that they were in-network with my insurance. They collected my standard copays at each visit, and I was told repeatedly that all procedures and tests were covered. However, I was blindsided when I received a call-not even from the office, but from their outsourced billing department-informing me that I owe over $5700 in uncovered services. Many of the tests and scans they encouraged now appear unnecessary in hindsight, and I feel misled into trusting their financial guidance. At no point was I told I would be considered out-of-network or face these kinds of charges. I am a single parent and don't have the money to cover this. If you choose to visit Dr. Enayati, I strongly advise confirming your coverage directly with your insurance company-don't rely on verbal assurances from the office staff!! Transparency and ethical billing practices should be a given in healthcare, and sadly, that was not my experience with this doctor. I have since filed a formal complaint with my insurance provider and am exploring further action by filing a complaint with the medical board and posting a complaint with the BBB. I contacted the office of a cardiologist who I had seen a few years ago and really liked to see if I could get an appointment. The office said that since it had been over three years since I had seen the doctor, I would be considered a new patient, and it would be a five month wait until I could get an appointment. What?!? I got in touch with my surgeon's office, and they referred me to Dr. Shervin Eshaghian at Beverly Hills Cardiology. Although the office is not close to where I live, I was desperate to find someone that could see me. I called the office on a Thursday afternoon and was helped by Amy. She was able to offer an appointment on Monday morning! I was very thankful that they would be able to fit me at such a last minute. The offices are located in Century City. The parking structure was very crowded, and I would recommend arriving at least 20 minutes ahead of an appointment to have time to park and get to the office. There is valet available and the valet attendants were very nice, and they worked very hard to accommodate everyone. The appointment went very well and everyone that I encountered was professional and great to work with. Evelyn A. took care of taking my vitals prior to seeing the doctor and she was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. Shortly after seeing her, Dr. Eshaghian started the exam. He learned about all the details of my upcoming surgery and was able to set me up with an echocardiogram on the spot. Chris conducted the echocardiogram and explained everything that was going on with the test. I have never had an echocardiographer provide so much information while having the test. When all was said and done, I was cleared for the surgery three days later. I was in the hospital for four nights. Each day, Dr. Eshaghian stopped by to check in on me, which I truly appreciated. He is very caring and going forward, I will gladly drive the extra distance to remain one of his patients.

When…read moreI ended up with breathing issues at his practice on dec 30, a day I thought it would be closed, I was sent directly to the hospital by his team. He was available on his day off to compare a new ultrasound at the hospital at 11 at night to a previous ultrasound at his practice. I needed open heart surgery and he got me the best surgeon in California to operate on me. He was every morning at 6 am at my hospital bed to check on me, to give instructions to the hospital team and stabilize my irregularity issues and complications with different combos of medications. After his morning rounds at the hospital he starts consultations with his patients at his practice at 8 am until 5. There is always somebody available 24/7 to answer a call for medical advice which I needed to do a few times. I got the best after care for follow ups at his practice. Dr. Shervin Eshaghian is an excellent doctor, compassionate, hard working, knowledgeable, always there for his patients, friendly, created a great support team and is a true life saver. I always felt through the hardest times that I was in great hands. I would not be here without him.
