Information was never received at the requested facility in a timely manner and they did not bother to check if it was received nor the status. I contacted the supervisor for in patient rehab myself and was informed it was never received. After one week, our family member was discharged home without the appropriate in patient rehab physical, occupational and speech therapy needed to recover even though he had multiple strokes on the left and right side of the brain. He was discharged and not taken out by any staff or assistance. His friend had to walk back to ICU, get him and walk him out without a second thought from the staff. They merely wiped his name from the board, placed another name and was never given another thought. I got better care and compassion from my veterinarian for my dogs. They even walked me and my pet out to our car after a procedure. This facility didn't take the time to be bothered to help him leave. EVERY hospital I have ever been to always takes their patient by wheelchair to the exit at patient pick up and placed in the vehicle, no matter how minor the procedure may have been. Not here. No bath was given to him, only moist wipes for two weeks, even though I offered to do it myself. A nurse stated a the day before discharge basin bath could be done and of course there was no follow through and not provided. How would you like to go two weeks with no bath? I have never witnessed such a level of substandard care and would home more intense inspection of their operational standards.

To make matters worse she walked me out -- mind you a total of 5 minutes with us -- and asked me if I had had him "tested." I asked "for what?" She said ADHD and autism. WTF? Are you kidding me? How completely ignorant and unprofessional. You saw a 5 year old child for five minutes for an allergic reaction and you claim he has ADHD and autism because he was fidgety and uncomfortable? She should be reported to the medical Board. To make matters worse they said they were calling in a prescription to Walgreens across the street. I drove immediately there and the pharmacy was closed. So now I have no way to get the medication. I called their office at it was 7:00 on the dot. Someone answered the phone and realized it was after hours and hung it up quickly. I ended up in the ER with him because I had no other choice. Three medical professionals saw him and all three said it was not scabbies. It was an allergic reaction to ant bites from two weeks prior. Just to be safe they gave me the premetherin and I administered it that night. It's a one time treatment and done. Nope, did nothing, so confirmed it was not scabbies. This place should not be serving the public if they can't conduct themselves professionally.

As a recent client, I had an appointment for a cleaning and due to unseen events I was running just ten minutes late. They called me up to inform me that they could no longer keep this appointment due to my lateness yet they offer me an hour appointment just three hours later! Needless to say they lost a customer over their poor customer service. One other issue, when I switched dentists there was a one week gap since my last appointment (previous dentist) and I left his office knowing that I needed to fill one cavity. During my first appointment with Mantooth he tells me that I need another cleaning which I just had done two months prior and had a total of three cavities. I don't mind spending money on actual work that needs to be done but when they expect you to rely on their judgment and just have all the work performed that they say you need, they are crossing the line. The care center is beautiful,clean, and open to family members coming and going as they please to be with their loved ones during their last days of life.
