You may spot a few horses during your dinner! The seafood chowder was highly recommended so I had that as my entree. The seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. There were jumbo prawns, fish, mussels and clams. I enjoyed the taste of the broth as well. For dessert, they had a special Japanese style cheesecake which was light and fluffy and accompanied with ice cream, a sprinkle of nuts, and edible flowers. Great friendly service as well!

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and Anita in particular was awesome. We asked for recommendations and Anita recommended the Seafood Chowder to start which was to die for!!! Best one my Gf and I have ever had anywhere.. For the main dishes we had the Rack of Lamb, and the Beef Bourguignon and both very delicious and very tender. The owner Roxanne and Stephan came by and mingled with everyone and I have to say are incredible hosts and have done an amazing job with the place and the staff. Did I mention they have a 3-Michelin Star Chef?!! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to any and everyone to stay, relax, enjoy great dining and unwind. Michael and Teresa:)

Oh my gosh, we were out this way, without much breakfast had, so looking for brunch-ish? Ronny's was outstanding! We missed the lunch rush I think, more were leaving than coming in, but I'd say they do a good lunch, or people wouldn't be there. Did I mention they are out of the way a bit? Don't let that deter you, go there, and you'll be like us, will find a way to decide, we need to go to Maple Ridge! I love the interior with a splash of Italia, but decor is full of understanding what the purpose is. It's about feeding people in the traditional sense. You can eat in, take away ready, or take it home warm it up and feed your family. How refreshing it is for us that love the old world mindset. K's Chef's Special with fries was so good. The fries remained hot until the last one was devoured, how do they do that? She ate half the sandwich and had to box the other half. My borscht side with my Turkey BL sandwich was so good I also brought a half sandwich home. I could have finished it, but we would have had to stop for a nap prior to getting all the way home. This might surprise those that have read this far, but we are going back for sure, and you should find a reason to do the same.

They also serve all-day breakfast, along with everything else on the Horse Brunch menu after 3. The first time I came back, I ordered the No Carb Breakfast, which tasted as good as I remember having it. When I came there for dinner, I had the Pulled Pork Dinner with the Caesar Salad and French Fries from the Embers menu. The Pulled Pork was overwhelming with flavour with how much barbeque sauce they use, and they serve you so much of the pork that I almost could not finish it. The Caesar salad was pretty good, while the fries were as fantastic as I remembered. The interior still has that antiquated interior aesthetic, excluding a lot of its horse pictures and memorabilia. I am glad to see this restaurant is still as great as before, and the change of business hours is very beneficial for everyone. I will make sure to frequent this restaurant more often and everyone else should too.

Now known as Five Forks, I came for dinner and had an excellent experience eating there. The waitress was very nice and showed great gaiety in serving me. I order the Lobster Mac & Cheese, which was their chef's special and their Blue Hawaiian cocktail. The Blue Hawaiian was very good and can taste the Malibu Rum and Blue Curacao in it. The mac and cheese exceeded my taste buds in how good it was. The entree has a nice gooey consistence from the cheese was baked, while the alfredo sauce was so flavoursome, and they make the sauce from scratch too. Despite the name, you are given one lobster tail for the mac and cheese, however the lobster was still great, especially when it is paired with the macaroni and cheese. It came with garlic toast too that I enjoyed. When I came there again, I ordered from their Brunch menu. I ordered their Forks Breakfast Bowl with coffee. Then the entree tasted great overall; the rice tasted excellent, especially when paired with the hollandaise and salsa sauces. The coffee was good, not the best though. The interior design of the restaurant looks very high-class and clean as well. Because this is a large restaurant, there are different sections for you to dine at and the waiter would ask where you like to sit at. But I still recommend anyone to come and eat there during anytime of the day.

Excellent cup of latte and cappuccino. Truly one of the BEST brisket baguette and just I've ever had. They neither compromised on the quality or quantity. Everything was so flavourful, even the fries! I LOVeD every bite! Hubby ordered the fisherman's benedict. And since he's an expert in seafood (it's his career), he wasn't the biggest fan of the albacore tataki or the biscuit. He loves bennys but more of the traditional english muffin. But that's OK, the stars i'm giving is based on my food, which was incredible! Thank you for a beautiful experience, you guys are awesome and we will be back! Server was courteous and consistently popped by to see to our needs. The restaurant hasn't changed much over the years but still looks good and is a comfortable place to eat. We ordered the seafood linguini with a Greek salad to start. The salad was fresh, crunchy and so delicious, as well as a really good portion. The linguini came with two pieces of fresh but crispy garlic toast and a mountain of shrimp, prawn and scallops. Lovely creamy sauce and the pasta was just right. Neither one of us finished it as it was a large portion, so leftovers for lunch tomorrow, yum. The only thing I will say, is the prices seem to have really crept up. While I didn't feel taken advantage of, I didn't feel like "what a great deal". Having said that, we did take both entree leftovers home. It's delicious food, it's good service and a decent value. The Greek side of the menu is small, and they do serve everything from burgers to bbq. They have a kids and seniors section too. A great family restaurant that still won't break the bank.
