I took an old school car and wanted a good sounding & good looking exhaust because it's a classic muscle car and you want to show that off. Now don't get me wrong. They did the job like I asked as far as putting 3" pipe on there and it does sound really good, but the pipes in it don't match the color of the Flowmaster they used and the pipes they put were bent and dinged like crazy. Like really bad bends where you could see the pipe just look like it was folding instead of smooth turns or smooth straight pipe. I'm not happy about the appearance at all and unfortunately once this car does get the body and paint done, it will have to have a full exhaust redone so it could look good. Right now it just sounds good but I'm embarrassed to show it off. If it looked good they would've earned a five star. I was ready to spend good money and for $800 I thought it should have looked a lot better. I had another place that I was recommended as well that was $100 cheaper but I chose this one because it was more known and had a more modern shop. I'll never know if the old guy at the other place would've done better but I feel like he wouldn't have done worse. Unfortunately I'm stuck with what I got and I'm glad at least it sounds good. For now no one's going under my car to check my exhaust. read more

I needed some 6" long 3" OD to 3" ID adapters made so I can install black widow race venoms on my 67 Chevelle that has a longer set of mufflers on it currently. I called these guys up and told them what I needed. I was told they'd make them "right now". I hopped in my car and drove down there. They made the adapters and had them ready before I got there. Mitchell's is great. Despite being close to closing, they took my car in and installed an axle back for me with the utmost care. My axle back even had an issue with the hanger but they were able to modify it to make sure the fitment was perfect. Pricing was very reasonable and definitely worth the drive as there are closer muffler shops to me, but believe me these guys have their high ratings for a reason. I had a catalytic converter replaced in my suburban. They were very quick and reasonably priced. Then I noticed a rattling sound and went back the following week. The pipe came loose from the other catalytic converter and they welded it without charging me. It wasnt even the side they worked on. Great service, will recommend to friends and family. read more

I got a v6 ecoboost truck. These trucks are powerhouses when it comes to towing/hauling/performance. What they're not so good at it sounding nice. I spent countless hours researching, hearing sound clips, etc to find something that will make this truck sound decent. Most people that mod these trucks tend to leave the oem exhaust on and spend their $ elsewhere, but I wanted my truck to sound like...well you know a truck. I called up dozens of muffler/exhaust shops around the area and everyone kind of just shrugged and basically told me good luck on making it sound nice. Happened to talk to Jermey and he said bring it in, we'll custom make one and if you dont like it we'll try something else. Sounded great, but I'm not the one to use someones time/effort for nothing. I went down to the shop and personally visited them and made sure there would be no hard feelings in the very likely case nothing worked out. They assured me there wouldnt, so we set up an appointment and ordered the parts. I also wanted my exhuast cerakoted black to match the rest of the truck which they said was not an issue. They made the exhaust and I drove the truck for a test drive to make sure I was happy with it. It exceeded my expectations. There was no drone or whiney high pitched noises whatsoever. They then installed my oem system and sent the new one out to be cerakoted. I then had another quick visit to install the new one. Thank you Jermey and Larry for taking care of my truck.
