Did multiple visits to set traps and check them, after a few weeks of no signs of rodent they came and cleaned out, disinfected, and replaced everything. Had a guy come to our door told us we could do a ONE TIME SERVICE!!! He sent a guy out a few days later that was in August. It's September and i'm getting charged for a service we didn't even receive nor asked for. $58.46 we were charged. Called the billing people, Rude guy! Told us we had to pay a $200 cancellation fee!! Like are we joking rn? I'm flabbergasted cause why tf are you trying to charge me a cancellation fee on something i only agreed to ONE TIME SERVICE??? And then charge me for a second service i didn't even receive. SO basically the billing guy told us we had Two options either pay the $200 cancellation fee or set up an appointment for someone to come out and do the service and not get refunded our money! So it's a scam don't agree to the service or sales person. This company is a joke.
