Like are we joking rn? I'm flabbergasted cause why tf are you trying to charge me a cancellation fee on something i only agreed to ONE TIME SERVICE??? No interior treatment since 2019, no bait station service since 2023--but the charges just kept coming. I've been battling cancer since 2022 and even let them know, yet they offered no alternative, no adjustment, no discount--just kept billing like clockwork without delivering the service. What's worse? They recently told me that the bait stations on my property belong to a third party, something they never disclosed when I paid for installation years ago. Now they want to retrieve the stations but still refuse to acknowledge the lack of service or offer any credit for services not rendered. I asked for a resolution. They refused. Original: I had honey bees INSIDE my house (and also a crawling baby) so I obviously had a small heart attack. I quickly searched Yelp for pest control and chose this company based on their high reviews. I spoke with Cyndreka Harvard (the assistant manager) who assured me that she would come out ASAP. She even gave advise for how to temporarily handle the issues until she arrived. Once she found & resolved our bee issue, she gave us info on other issues we weren't even aware of that could have caused severe damage to our home. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the issues we were facing and how to eliminate them. This was my first experience with Truly Nolan but my third experience with pest control.
