Moved here from a cooler state and was not used the increase in bug activity here in Texas. Hired TruForce and have been very happy with the results! They are very easy to communicate with through text and pricing is reasonable. The person that comes to my home is Ricky, and he has been very kind and patient with our requests and concerns. The pesticides they use is pet-friendly which is a plus too. I have not seen any issues with my small dog since employing truforce. In terms of effectiveness, it's hard to say because we hired them immediately after moving in so not much before and after to compare to. We are very hyper vigilant about cleaning and keeping doors closed and so far, have only seen one cockroach inside towards the end of our first month. For the mosquito treatment, it does prevent their entry but they still fly pretty close to the house. read more

Surprisingly, there are not many pest control companies that will remove wasp nests. We had two under a 2nd story awning that we couldn't get to. TruForce came out and took care of it the next day. I have been a member with TruForce pest control for over 3 years. They have good quality products and most of their technicians are friendly and do a great job. The week of 7/11 started out rough with service, but TruForce rectified the situation quickly. On 7/15, technician Ricky came out. First, he listened to me vent, then Ricky explained how he would right a situation that I felt was wrong. He sprayed throughly (home had been vacant for over a year) inside and outside. I am deathly afraid of spiders and he took extra time removing the webs. Lastly, he gave me a couple extra sticky pads because my garage door does not completely touch the ground. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on Friday and was told they would be here Saturday morning before noon with an hour call ahead and would be given an estimate after the inspection. First of all no phone call, then the guy didn't show up til 5:30pm (ready to start spraying). I had to explain to him that he was here for an estimate only. He calls his manager and puts me on the phone. Explained to him they were supposed to be here for an estimate and all he could say is I don't know I'm driving. The guy came in and looked and when I asked what it would cost he had no clue. Just told me to call the office. Complete waste of my time......apparently these people don't know their heads from their own butts. Will definitely not be doing service with them. Very unprofessional. read more
