As a "green girl" I sincerely appreciate the heath and sustainability of the couple and the property. Your eggs can be fried with coconut oil and paired with fresh vegetables from their garden. They compost and only clean with sustainable products. Also earth concious, they have solar panels and water efficient toilets. The rooms are cozy and the beds comfortable as can be. Even the pillows were great - I know because I usually have to travel with my own due to my TMJ. The master suite has a phenomenal hot tub (see pics) which is well worth the stay right there!
