We had an exceptional birth experience for our second child at Our Birthing Center. The design,…read moredécor, and amazing staff create a tranquil, secure environment. At our first visit, I knew I wanted my child to be born in this peaceful place - it had none of the sterile, mechanical & "busy" feeling of the hospital where our first child was born. The orientation class held by Beth Ann was very informative, and created a sense of familiarity, especially when we ended up having Beth Ann as our nurse. I was well into active labor when we arrived at the birth center, but as soon as I walked into the birthing suite, I felt a complete sense of security & confidence. We immediately got into the shower for hydrotherapy while Beth Ann prepared the bathtub. The room & bathroom were impeccably clean, and somehow everything we needed was concealed but close at hand - from a birthing ball to towels to a puke bag from the dresser drawer! The best part of the experience for us was the intimacy - my spouse, doula, nurse, and midwife were right there, focusing only on caring for me. There was no in & out of nurses, or additional personnel in the room. I felt completely safe and protected, even through the intensity of the delivery. My daughter was born in the birthing tub and I was the one to pull her out of the water and into my arms. Once she was born, everything was so relaxed and we could truly enjoy those first few moments. Beth Ann & our birthing team took such wonderful care of me after the birth, ensuring that my husband knew exactly how to care for me & my daughter at home. We left the birth center about 4 hrs after the birth and it was so comforting to sleep in our own bed that night! My recovery was much quicker than with my first birth, and I contribute that in part to the unmedicated, gentle waterbirth I was able to achieve at Our Birthing Center. Knowing now the extraordinary level of care, encouragement, and medical expertise available at the birthing center, I wouldn't give birth any other way!

Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU. Funny, neither of these events were about me. Two separate family members were assisted by this organization. Let me just say, they are great. Very knowledgeable. No-nonsense care. The patient's best interest at heart. Simply fantastic. No one ever wishes that they have to go through an issue involving deteriorating health, but if they must, and they are in the area, go here for excellent care.

After my initial consultation, and viewing of my MRI Dr Tucker agreed I needed to have my right knee operated on. I was so impressed by her compassion, and the ease in which she explained the entire procedure to me.I already had my left knee done 2 years earlier by a different doctor, but he retired. Sandy, Dr Tucker's MA was great! She is very kind and worked really hard to get me the surgery date I requested.When I called to make an appointment the staff was also very nice. I'm so lucky that I got it in January and didn't wait until March like originally planned like I was going to do.Especially since the Covid-19 hit and most nonessential surgeries were cancelled including knee surgeries. I got my surgery several weeks later and it went very smoothly. I was told to be there two hours before which I was. My surgery was scheduled for 1:15 PM in the afternoon. I was on the operating table at 1:13 PM. The Morristown outpatient center was amazing! The anesthesiologist came in and introduced himself and explained everything to me. Dr. Tucker also came in and spoke to me before my surgery. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Afterwards, I was sent home and I received a call from Dr Tucker and also a nurse from the outpatient center for 2 days in a row. I met with Dr Tucker several more times to follow up with my surgery. She gave me photos of my surgery and went over everything she did. Dr Tucker wound up doing more then what was originally planned once she got inside my knee. I was able to do some physical therapy at Kessler but that was eventually cancelled due to the COVID-19. My follow ups during covid -19 with Dr. Tucker we're done by phone.There's a huge parking lot and if you're handicapped they have a few spots up front. The office is located right through the front doors for easy access. I really like this orthopedic office and recommend Dr Tucker

We were very clear and didn't lie regarding the situation before we arrived, that me, the aunt will be present with his grandmother and uncle. They told us it was ok as long as we show a valid ID which I provided. I asked if I can call his mother and was told that was not possible. Thank you to the nurse who smerked and laughed a little who thought this was some sort of a joke. Just a hint. When people are calling to make appointments, advise them that. You guys wasted an entire day of work for three people who are worried for a minor who slipped and just wanted to get him the help he needs as soon as possible. Thank you for wasting our time. During a very vulnerable (and sleep deprived) time, Hannah was a source of calm and comfort. Hannah always responded in a prompt manner, whether by text, phone call, or video call. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, she took the time to get to know me, my baby, and my concerns. When I contacted her, my main concern was breastfeeding. She gave advice for all of my concerns and questions. She even followed up with various resources (videos and literature) and sent frequent text messages to check on me and the baby. My conversations with her helped me feel more empowered and secure as a new mom. I am eternally grateful for her knowledge and advice - without it I probably would have given up on breastfeeding.

I tried robozo sifting and inversion techniques, acupuncture, moxibustion, walking every night...you name it. I tried it. And all I seemed to get was more frustrated and more pain as he began to get bigger. When I came to Dr. Jodi, I was desperate and wasn't enjoying the pregnancy at all. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I was instantly confident because Dr. Jodi was so confident. She made time to see me within one day of my initial call and within -2- (just 2!) adjustments, the baby turned down, head down! He has stayed that way and we are only 2 weeks away from due date!! Her reputation as a "baby whisperer" is well earned. Dr. Jodi uses the lightest and most gentle techniques to effectively release the tensions blocking your body from healing itself. During her adjustments, I have actually felt rushes of stress become unblocked and flow like water through my nervous system. I have gone to Chiropractors off and on for over 16 years for management of a cervical spine injury and general wellness. Dr. Jodi has been the only one to address all issues my body is experiencing concurrently, almost seemingly effortlessly. When they are closed, I've had to deal with other pediatricians affiliated with JFK hospital and it only made me appreciate these women and their staff of nurses and receptionists even more. Kindness goes a long way when you are talking to a parent who has been worried sick all night because their baby has a fever, this office seems to understand that- unfortunately not all other offices do! They missed easily diagnosable issues which resulted in my child being taken to the Emergency Room. These two doctors should be investigated and prosecuted. To add insult to injury, the office personnel (specifically Lisa) is extremely rude. Never have I met such a heartless person. I'm a very passive person and really try to communicate through situations but Lisa is an absolute dread to deal with. The only thing this doctor's office is good for is vaccinations. They are a vaccination factory basically. Any real issues will not be addressed with these doctors. If you love your children which I imagine you do after reading this review, then do not take them to these doctors. They are nice at first but very incompetent and lazy and should not be trusted to care for children. I have already submitted a complaint to the state as well as the Governor's office.
