The staff was amazing, I have anxiety, a lot of it, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They bore my requests with passion and professionalism. I have so much anxiety I asked for water and a wet towel lol...and they provided it within seconds...Great staff! Helped me through a lot and offered to keep refreshing my cold towel...and you might not think that means anything, but that means a lot to me! Everything went smooth and I was blown away by my doctor! He texted me on a SUNDAY night to ask me how I was doing. I have never had a DR do that in my 35 years of life. He gave me tips and kept telling me to bother him ANY TIME even in the early AM....where do you get support like that? The office seems a bit outdated and concerning when you walk in, I am not sugar coating that....but in a few minutes, you will realize, you are in the best place for your foot care...HANDS DOWN! If I need any other foot operation, it will definitely be here! I told my dad who also has the same condition as me, and he's ready to come here lol. Dr. Riordan first saw me as the on-call doctor for an urgent issue I needed addressed before travel…read moreon a weekend.  He offered to open his office and meet me to take care of what I needed in lieu of plans that he had with his family.  I offer this as a great example of who Dr. Riordan is and his commitment to care.  He now has a patient for life and I would never consider seeing anybody else.  His personality, skill and the way he engages with me is at a level I could only hope to see from my other doctors.  I highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Amin. She looked at my foot, probably took about five minutes with me and sent a prescription to my local CVS and told me to pick it up and come back in 10 days. That afternoon CVS contacted me saying they could not fill that prescription but they were contacting the doctor for a different prescrition. Friday morning I called tried to talk with the doctor and was told she was off that day. I finally got a callback from the office - not the doctor Tuesday afternoon and they said well just pick up the over-the-counter product. I told him I was very dissatisfied and wanted to speak with the doctor. I canceled my follow up appointment for obvious reasons and I have yet to hear from the doctor. Spent about eight weeks. I told him to do not dare send me a bill for their lack of services. today I got a bill copayment $10. They apparently sent it into the insurance company for the major portion of bill and have been paid or will be paid by them. Very very dissatisfied would not recommend us to a dog.

I began seeing Dr. Gerber after I had a snowmobile mishap and had a hairline fracture on my hip, resulting later in a torn meniscus because of how I favored my leg. I continue to see Dr. Gerber for Patellofemoral Syndrome a.k.a. runners knee. Dr. Gerber has worked with me on pain management, which doesn't resolve taking pain medications. He's provided me with at-home stretch exercises, as well as physical therapy. I also get bilateral knee injections to help relieve bone-on-bone degeneration. Dr. Gerber has always "listened" to how I was feeling to come up with the best treatment plan for me - no two patients are the same. When I have my office visits, Dr. Gerber always asks not just about me, but also about my son (he had a health scare 5 years ago). He also talks about his family and grandchildren (one of his daughters has twins on the way) and has another grandchild. He's an MD first of course, but also a great human who cares about his patients and overall well-being. In 2022, I moved an hour and a half away from his office. Because he is such a great MD and human, I drive an hour and a half for a 20-minute appointment which speaks volumes in itself. My husband is also a patient who has had bilateral rotor cuff/bicep tear surgery. I've always been greeted pleasantly from my arrival to the nurse escorting me, to the x-ray techs, his secretary, his PA, and so forth. Everyone makes me feel welcome, and I see the same care and respect for other patients. I will continue to be a patient of Orthopedic Surgical Associates and recommend them and Dr. Gerber for the best care. I know you won't be disappointed.
