I have had to worst experience here I got a window regulator from here when they showed it to me it was working but when I put it on I realized the motor was working backwards so we put my motor on the regulator and it broke 11 days after it was fixed I brung it back and they were giving me the run around saying the Mecanic I used did it wrong! So they rewired the regulator and it broke again. They are very rude and put it on you like it's your fault the part they sold is messed up! Crooks ! I'm sure the other positive review here was from the actual business owner. All his other reviews all over the internet are negative. Very crooked business. Guy name Wade lied to me and sold me a defective power seat track. He was specifically asked 3 times to make sure the power seat motors worked before shipping. He swore up and down they would be checked before sending the seat track out. Seat track arrives and I have my mechanic install it in the car. Guess what, one of the seat motors DOES NOT WORK !I called Wade on the phone and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. All he wanted to do was be a jerk and belittle me. He offered no help or refund whatsoever. He will be getting a chargeback via my credit card company. Really horrible way to run a business. I would avoid this guy at all cost. Have bought parts from here for years. Apparently new/different owners now. Sold me wrong part. When i tried to exchange it they insisted that they had sold me the right part. I own a body shop and a car lot and know if i have the right part or not. Then the asian lady said it wasn't even the part they had sold me even though it had there number on it that matched my invoice. Kenneth suggested that i talk to the owner"Henry" who i have never been able to catch so i drove back down there today, 40 mikes, and was told "too bad, 30 days past, we no take part back." No offer of store credit, nothing. Basically, F*#@ OFF. So, i will be posting this on every site that i can find. Hope they enjoy my 500 bucks...STAY AWAY!!! read more

The guy KENNETH is such a butt-wad. I work with an auto company and we order parts all day, every day. When we can't find OEM parts to match the prices of the used parts, we start calling around to find who has the parts we need for cheap, but still insurance quality. Every time I call anyone, I am always nice on the phone because you... SERVICE. But, no matter how sweet and nice I am, when I call Mittag and Kenneth picks up, he literally cuts me off, I can never finish my sentence or question and he is just all around RUDE and obnoxious. I really don't understand how he is still employed with anyone with the attitude he gives his patrons. I mean seriously. You want someone to buy your products, but you're being a total douche throughout the whole transaction. And even throughout all of his rudeness during our phone calls, I still say thank you very nicely, but he just hangs up the phone before you even get to finish saying "you." I have dreaded ever calling this company because of his service or lack thereof. And it's just baffling to me because he does not actually deliver the parts when we do get a successful order out of them. The guy who does is actually really nice. I recently heard that supposedly the driver is actually the owner (that's odd but maybe this is a small business so I guess?). Coolest guy and very easy and understanding to work with.
