Inside looks more stylish. Small salon but they do a great job. It seems kris is the owner. And works earlier hrs. Lil quiet but friendly. Patricia was busy doing a few clients at the same time. She seemed very stylish and talkative. My girl was Sean! She was wonderful, was lil nervous at first. I don't trust a lot of people with my hair. Was gona have Patricia do my hair but she was not available. Really wanted my hair done so went with Sean. She did not disappoint. She listened to my concerns and how I wanted my hair. She delivered. She's very talkative and makes you feel comfortable. She has been doing hair for 24 yrs. so she's very experienced. I did the keratin treatment. It took 3 hrs and got I trim. Even tho my hair is middle of my back I was still charged $150. My hair trim was $35. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Smaller boutique so know matter who you get. This salon has charged 257 For whatever she wanted to do to my hair, she did not do anything like I asked and requested she swore she knew what she was doing. Her Lauren Frederic is the absolute worst and just way overcharging and for absolutely no work. Literally all she did to my hair was touched up my roots and make it blend out when she was supposed to cut color highlight low light, but she chose to do what she thought would look better instead of what I wanted nor does she give me a decent haircut she never gave me a haircut. And still tries to hurry up and take the money out of my account before I could even say anything she tries to take the whole amount out of my account, but my card was locked so if you wanna get screwed over and pay a ton of money for a sloppy disgrace unprofessional, just all way around money, hungry and don't want to do the work that is required of them to do, but they want the money! Once she cut the face frames exactly like the photo, I even asked her to go more aggressive/shorter with it because I loved the way it looked so much! Based on her reaction I would settle for a slightly lighter shade to my roots. She said lighter shade to my brown hair was level was not a good idea. I told her my stylist colored my roots a few shades lighter with ease, which was clear in every photo I offered. She then said a bit lighter was no problem. I could not see my roots in the salon, dim lighting. I washed it the next day. My roots had a 1/2 inch light streak down my part, any way I parted. I texted her of the issue with photos and a few words. She replied with this: " I told you that lighter was not a good idea, this was your choice" I was sadly disappointed with her unprofessionalism. I told her I wouldn't let her touch my hair again. It is sad that this salon keeps a person like this on their staff.
