Dunk & Bright Furniture has truly made my day. I purchased a new couch at an extremely great price…read morewhich was needed badly. Kyle handled my sale & he was great & knowledgeable. Today my couch was delivered on time by Jordan B. & Gilbert F. in such a great manner. They were kind, efficient & placed the couch perfectly in the room. I am very impressed with Dunk & Bright & letting all family & friends know about this. Many thanks!!!!!

There isn't a rating low enough to apply. Had to give one…read morestar to continue with this review. We purchased a Flex Steel Power Recliner 3 1/2 years ago. Now I don't know about anyone else, but Id expect a "leather" recliner to last more than 3 1/2 years but not he case with ours. Within the first year the "leather" started peeling/breaking down and of course it was all due to consumer care according to Flex Steel but since it was within the 1st year of purchased it was repaired (not replaced) with new sections of material. About 5 months ago, the same thing started happening on the left side arm rest only much worse but this time because it was out of warranty, Flex Steel nor Dunk & Bright would not repair, replace or return for full credit. Through all this we discovered our "real" leather recliner is "bonded" leather. BIG difference and something that should have been brought to our attention at time of purchase. Now you may think its asking for a lot after 3 1/2 years to have this addressed with full coverage costs but honestly, do these two companies expect a customer to drop over $2,000.00 on a piece of furniture only to have the covering start breaking down after 3 1/2 years? I thought i was dealing with reputable companies but guess not. And as far as consumer care goes (our care), we purchased about 15 years ago an Ekrons Stressless "real" leather recliner and about 7 years ago a Natuzzi "real" leather recliner. To date absolutely NO issues or signs wear. Guess that's what happens when you purchase quality furniture from reputable companies. Never again Dunk & Bright or Flex Stee.

Please PLEASE stay as far away from Garron and his company as you possibly can. I've worked with…read morecontractors in insurance for nearly 20 years and have never met a business owner who was more unprofessional or disturbing in my entire life. I hired him to put in a 9x22 stamped concrete entryway for me. He didn't return my calls for a week and then said he was coming the next day to pour the concrete (which, per our agreement, I had paid someone else to dig out and frame). Showed up during a torrential downpour, attached a tarp to my house to "protect the concrete" and attempted to pour and stamp the patio. He had to run out and said he would come back the next day to fix the concrete and clean up the massive mess he made of my home, which I had recently power washed and painted. 3 days later and the guy won't even return a message on his phone or social media. Spent 4 hours and still unable to clean the concrete and paint splatters off my white parged foundation or my home. The concrete, due to being poured in the rain, washed out on one side, causing water to pool near my foundation, which will inevitably crack my foundation if I don't have the entire pad jackhammered out and re-done. On top of that, the edges are unfished, the cuts were never done, the framing never removed, and the color and stamping work looks like someone took a can of grey paint and slathered it over unfinished concrete. Do not use this guy unless you've got a great attorney on retainer.
