And it's a hell of a lot bigger too. The first thing you'll notice when you walk in the door is they have a TON of stuff despite being crammed into the back corner of a strip mall. There are shirts, records, patches, memorabilia, jewelry, and even a few unexpected surprises. The staff are all very cool and friendly folks. As someone who regularly makes battle jackets, access to the patches they have for sale is something truly great and handy. The prices are right too. There are TONS of custom shirts in the store, and many of these are part of a 2 for $20 sale. Not bad, considering in most mainstream stores at concerts nowadays, you'll be hard-pressed to find ONE shirt for that price. This store opened in 1998, the year I went from middle school to high school. I'm 41 years old, and I still shop here. As long as they're here, I will be. Regardless of who you are and what your tastes may be, I assure you that you'll find plenty to suit your interests. Easily one of my top businesses in the Vegas Valley.

I felt the customer service was lacking -- no one greeted me when i walked in and plus the workers were standing together chit chatting while i walked around. I don't mind not being greeted because sometimes you just want to walk into the store without saying Hi. But it seems the workers were just in their own world. Plus, the store didn't offer as much designers compare to Intermix (located next door). However, they did have a wide selection of Free City hoodies & shirts (which i love). Hopefully, in the future Ron Herman will continue to grow and offer more selections. But right now, ill just stick to shopping on their website.

Rather than sending the hat back so they could replace the fedora with an affixed pin, I called Hattitude and spoke with Jib, who said to bring the hat in. When I arrived, Jib gave me some history on hat pins and noticed that the fedora contained a glued-in feather, so the feather could not be switched out. Jib was pleasant and highly knowledgeable, and the store had a solid selection of hats, including Stetson and Bailey fedoras. Jib inserted my pin, which didn't appear easy, but she knew what she was doing. She didn't charge me anything, either. I recommend checking out their hat selection, and I am confident that if Jib is there, she has the knowledge to help you with any inquiries you have.
