Every time I visit a new city, I like trying to find a good boba tea shop. Unfortunately, this was not the place. When I walked in, the young lady was in her phone. The shop had been opened for at least 30 minutes. It was completely empty and she hadn't turned on the TV for the menu. I ordered 4 drinks: tango mango smoothie, taro milk tea with oat milk, and 2 Thai Teas. All with honey boba. The two Thai teas tasted like water. Side note: it's a boba tea shop but they make you pay extra for the boba. The drinks end up being close to $8 each, which is one for the most expensive boba shops I've ever been to and it wasn't even worth it! They were not good so I returned them (one was only partially sipped and the other untouched). The young lady had no idea how to calculate how much she owed me. She originally tried to refund me the cost of the drink but didn't I coude the cost of the boba or the taxes. She actually told me the full amount of taxes weren't suppose to be refunded because I had two other drinks. She had no idea how taxes were calculated. In addition, I tried to show her and she was overwhelmed and said she would call her boss. In the end I was refunded the correct amount. It just seems this place doesn't care about how their business is perceived. Even their cup seals are off centered, the worker doesn't know simple math, the drinks were basic, the sign on the store was a banner and there was no branding on their cups. A cute new boba place in Santa Fe. The cafe is spacious, with a good amount of seating. There is a lot on the menu but cashier warned me of this and told me to take my time. Some of the best boba I've had in Santa Fe! The only bummer is they do not have free wifi. It would be a great place to study if they get wifi. read more

I ordered the winter melon syrup black tea because I had imagined a melon flavor (unfortunately this was more tea flavor (I didn't mind, and I'm glad I tried it!) and had an unexpected "muddy" appearance but I drank the whole thing anyway because I needed the #hydration.) To their credit, they gave me a LOT of Boba for the upgrade, so I was pleasantly excited! I also ordered a strawberry smoothie with honey boba (we both really liked that one and will definitely go back for boba smoothies!). I was there Thursday June 22, 2023 on a road trip having seen their card up at the Railroad Sunday Art Fair the previous Sunday. The dang GPS sent me to another Boba shop which was on the other side of the mall. I persevered and found Mizu's by driving around the mall. I mentioned this to the sole staff person who said they were aware of the problem. I'm taking one star off for this issue, otherwise I would have left a 5-star review. The space is beautiful and large with very tall ceilings. The saleswoman explained things well & was friendly. I chose The Taro Butterfly- it was EXCELLENT, great flavor & not a sweet as some boba's I've had. I was also surprised at their very fair prices, considering it's in Santa Fe. I read the negative reviews. I did not experience any similar but I hope they can iron out these issues, because I would love to revisit this shop in future trips. read more

This spot recently just moved to Cerrillos road in old U haul business. It's next to Artisan. Always love bringing my daughters here they love the lights inside the shop! Service is always friendly. I was craving boba tea after a trip to the hardware store and was delighted to discover a phenomenal drink around the corner at Mizu's! The Taro Butterfly (less sweet with honey boba) was as tasty as it was beautiful. It looked like nightfall in a cup. The honey boba was a delicious twist that I've never had before. I highly recommend this local shop, and while I'm sure all the drinks are tasty, I would have a hard time not ordering the Taro Butterfly again! read more
