The Gansito was so delicious, and while the walnuts were nice and crunchy, I couldn't really taste the pistachio. They gave me some free paleta samples: cookies 'n cream and strawberry, and both were good! I'm very interesting in trying the Ferrero paleta. I saw some Takis and Doritos behind the counter, so I'm sure they'll offer snacks at some point. The service was good. They didn't have tags indicating the ice cream flavors, but they kindly told me what each one was. The shop itself was clean and orderly. (Next time I'll ask for toast to be more brown... not buttered & lightly toasted only on only 1 side) Sadly, no outdoor seating so I can't bring my pooch, but some seating inside... with 2 couches. The balsamic they drizzled on top was not enough to add any flavor. My daughter got a cheesecake stuffed dessert crepe which was way too sweet. My husband got the burger stuffed crepe, which was actually decent. But again - a too sweet crepe on the outside. They need to learn how to better balance their flavors.
