Jalena was at the register to help us. She recommended some of the favorites and we got them all. The tacos we tried were so delicious! We also had musubi that were yummy. Everything tasted fresh. The customer service was perfect. She was patient and knew her menu. The building was small, clean and decorated nicely. There was a lot of unique items for sale. The kids loved looking at everything displayed. The tapioca wasn't my favorite. It tasted different then what I'm use to. Might be popular for others I just wasn't a fan but the drinks themselves were bomb. Next time I'll try another flavor besides the tapioca balls.

I had a chance to stop by Kawaii Boba Cafe out of whim because I was a bit early for a meeting and wanted to find somewhere to grab some snacks and relax a bit. I like that Kawaii Boba Cafe is in a strip mall area with many other vendors. This means, there are plenty of parking spots. The cafe itself is slightly small (with just 2 tables of 4 inside--and a few tables outside). The menu is all Asian snacks and quick meals along with drinks. I tried their Thai tea boba and had their musubi for a light meal. I like that the service was face, the staff were pleasant and the meal itself tasted quite good. While I couldn't customize the sweetness (I don't like it to be too sweet), my Thai tea boba wasn't overly sweet at all. The musubi was made quickly, had a decent size (2 large one for ithe $6 price!) and brought me back thinking of when I last had spam musibi back when I was living in Seattle 5 years ago. Overall, I like the place and wouldn't mind stopping by again. During the winter when the winter is cold though..you may have to take it to go as there are just a few tables (with maybe 8 seats total) inside.

This is a small boba, ramen place. They have good ramen, spam musabi and boba offerings. Check them out when you get a chance.

This is a family owned as seems they are not into making sure customers wait. I like boba and hope they do a good job. So I must say the boba was excellent. They do try to meet the customers needs and price is what you would find anyplace else. I have tai tea with blueberries burst It was made just right I will return as the drinks are fabulous

The spam Musabi wasn't like Hawaii but it was alright. The Ramen was good but there was no mention of assembly. The noodles were uncooked and it was a to go order so the water wasn't hot enough to cook them. The gal working was very nice but seemed very frazzled because there was a lunch rush. She snapped at a guy for sitting on a glass countertop but there was no sign or tape indicating that was not okay and there was limited seating.

I'm really glad we stopped in today. My daughter and I wanted Ramen or Pho on this winter day. We searched for 'soups' we were and this little gem came up. It's really cute and unlike anything in Albuquerque- think Asian kitschy pop. I got the black garlic Ramen. It was a good ramen with corn, scallions, egg, fish cake, and garlic. The counter woman was sweet and they were quick with our order. I only took off a point because the portion is a bit small for the price point.

Basing this review from a previous visit a couple weeks ago. Visited here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. Conveniently located in the same area as the Flix Brewhouse. Perfect for a quick snack and Boba drinks. Decided to give this place a try. Got to try the Tonkatsu Ramen and some Spam Musubi. I got the order to go, the food was prepared fresh and the Ramen was still hot when I got home. And I don't live close to this restaurant at all. The Ramen had great flavor and it wasn't salty as most Ramen places I've tried. As for the Spam Musubi, I'm glad there were 2 pieces in the container. Because for the price, I was thinking that it was a little pricey for just 1. It was tasty and I enjoyed it. The restaurant is still opened during this stay at home orders. You can go in and place your order, but would have to stay outside the restaurant while you wait. I'm pretty sure you can make phone orders too. On a side note, the hours are off sometimes, here on Yelp it says they're open til 9 pm. But the time I had visited just recently, they closed at 6 pm and only had Boba drinks available. A little disappointing since I was looking forward to getting some Ramen that day. Would be ideal if they would update their hours. I'll be coming back to visit again, maybe I'll call before I head out there. To make sure that they're open.

Anime fans stand up and be counted, this is your joint! I have 3 anime junkies in my house, and their friends are, too, this was the perfect spot to enjoy a nosh. Cheery anime decor is adorbzzz, nice lil patio and table games to enjoy. So glad we ordered food and not just drinks. A variety of noods and rice bowls to choose from, and a few appetizers as well. The chicken dumpling ramen bowl was great, and the teriyaki chicken bowl really hit the spot. Delicious ingredients, and a plethora of boba tea choices with numerous combination possibilities! I ordered a strawberry smoothie, and a strawberry milk tea with lychee poppers, awesome!

Tonkatsu ramen is delicious! Super filling, very generous portion served piping hot to go. The pork bone broth is deliciously savory and not salty. Noodles were ideal al dente. My only wish is that they had sweet corn instead of baby corns. Seaweed, mushrooms, and fish cake were tasty. The soft boiled egg was slightly salty for my taste but perfectly cooked, marinated in soy sauce? Spam musubi is a very filling snack, can't really go wrong with salty pork - yum. Potstickers were fine, to me they were similar to Ling Ling frozen chicken and vegetable dumplings. Still, a good companion to a bubble tea if you're looking for a light bite. Pomegranate green tea with boba was subtly sweet as I asked for a half pump of flavor - this is my new favorite way to order bubble tea so I don't cancel out all the health benefits of tea with sugar.

It was a cold, stormy day today so we decided to try a new (to us) ramen place to warm us up! Kawaii did not disappoint. First off, their online ordering system was super easy to navigate. When I got to the restaurant my order was ready and the lady working was super kind. The store itself is pretty small so I was kinda glad we got it to go. The food was delicious! We got pork belly bao which was delicious and actually ended up being both our favorites out of everything we ordered. The toppings were just so generous and tasty! We also got the BBQ bao buns, but those were a bit hit and miss. Some bites were flavorful and others were an odd texture. We both enjoyed the ramen though! The packaging had the toppings separated from the broth so everything still tasted fresh even though we were eating it 30+ minutes after pick up. The broth was flavorful while the noodles were cooked to perfection. Thai tea with boba was good too. Overall we really enjoyed our meal from Kawaii and will go back for more ramen! (Probably going to skip the BBQ bao buns in the future personally though).

First, I tried to place an order online. It said I had to call to make an order. So I (tRiEd) to call to place an order for pick-up. ... NO answer ): I pull up, there are 3 customers inside so I had to wait outside (COVID) smh. Once I go in there was no greeting by the workers... I decided it was a silent treatment thing so I waited to be greeted. Although, all I got was "what do you want" (something along those lines) it triggered me a little. I just do not like vague customer service! That's why I knocked two stars.. one for no call answer and then being open. And the poor service. Not friendly at all): the boba drink was super yummy so that revived me! P.s. it smells like sewer inside. Good thing we have to wear masks!

This Place Was Great Ordered 4 Drink's & It Was Delicious. Definitely Will Be Back To Try Their Ramen Etc HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We just moved to the west side and saw this place while doing errands, so we decided to try it out. We're so glad we did. We ordered pork buns, chicken teriyaki rice bowl, chicken & dumpling ramen, Thai tea and a taro shake. They have a huge selection of boba teas. Everything was delicious. All the food was perfectly cook. The teriyaki chicken was tender and moist with crisp veggies. The waite staff was adorably polite and what a fun and cute little shop. Kawaii Boba will be one of our regular favorites.

The quality of the food is great and everything is always aesthetically pleasing as well. I had their avocado bomb on my last visit and I was delightfully surprised with it. I like avocado in most cases, but sometimes, it can be a lot at one. I thought this was going to be like that when I saw it, but I was wrong. I look forward to getting one of these on my next visit! On my last visit my friend and I saved room for a dessert, one that we saw rotating on their screens that they have in the restaurant showcasing some of the menu items. It was a take on a bananas foster. It looked delicious but alas, we'll see if we can manage to get it next time. Note to self, have dessert first on next visit?

It was so good last year that we actually had a conversation with the owner about them being from San Francisco, after I told him it was the best Chinese food I've had in America outside of San Francisco. Well, that has changed significantly, and not for the better. We made a trip down from Santa Fe this week, specifically to eat at Noodle Works. Yes, we drove over an hour each way on Monday just to eat here. What a mistake! It was clear the General Tzo chicken was microwaved and not fresh fried. It was absolutely inedible! Mall food court Chinese is better than this dish was. Strange because almost exactly 1 year ago their General Tzo's dish was among them best I've ever tasted. I know this dish is not authentic, but to serve pre-fried then microwaved chicken is inexcusable! The Singapore Noodle dish this time was incredibly dry. The curry was more like a dry rub stuck to the noodles than it was a real curry sauce. Again... mall food court quality. Another dish that used to be amazing here. The crab in the crab rangoon was so fishy you could smell it before it was even delivered to the table. It had clearly sat out unrefridgerated during prep for far too long. It was inedible, or of fear of getting food poisoning... they did take it off of our bill. We are so disappointed in how bad the quality has fallen off in the last year! We loved them so much in the past that we will give them one more try, but we will not be making a special trip down from Santa Fe to eat here again. We REALLY hope they get their act together because we really like the employees and owner and want to continue to support them. Management did apologize without being prompted for the slow service and poor quality food, so hopefully they know serious improvement is needed if they are to stay in business. We wish them the best because they are great people. Good luck!
