I'm not much for writing reviews but based on the experience I had at Mizzoni's, I have to let other people know how great and professional they are. A car rear ended my 2014 BMW M5 which I'm extremely picky about. Obviously upset with the situation, a friend recommended that I take it to Mizzoni's. I called to make an appointment and I was told that it's not a problem and to stop in whenever I can. It was great that they were so flexible and accommodating. Once I got the car there, Steve and Mike really made me feel comfortable about the repair work and that it will look as good as new as they knew how picky I was about my M5. I made an appointment for a weekday and dropped off the car but obviously still a bit hesitant with how the finish was going to come out. I've had bad body and pain work done on previous cars and it was tough to trust anyone with my M5 no matter how comfortable Mike and Steve made me feel. Once the repairs were done, I couldn't be happier. They really did a fantastic job. The paint color matched perfectly and I can honestly say that you can't tell where the damage was. Again, I don't usually post reviews but I really had to this time. If you're very picky about your car and want a shop that will do an amazing job, bring your car to Mizzoni's. I obviously didn't meet everyone there but Mike and Steve were great to work with so ask for them; you will not be disappointed. This is the best body repair shop around. I have used Mizzoni in the past for other work, but this time I was not so sure even they could fix my older, but beloved Chevy Tracker. The right side was so damaged that I worried that the adjustor would simply total it. The car hasn't been manufactured for several years and usable body parts cannot be found anywhere. It was tough, but the adjustor on site had a talk with the guys and they assured me that they could fix everything for the price that State Farm had given, even though they would not be able to get many of the parts, including two whole doors. They were going to do it all manually. At first, I was a little skeptical, but was taken through the details step-by-step and was convinced they could do it. In fact, I was so confident that I was able to add my own money to have the entire car painted, because it badly needed it. When I came to pick it up only 12 days later, I could not believe it. My car looked brand new, actually better than it did when I bought it in 2003 They did a fantastic job, and with so little hassle. Everything is right there: insurance reps, rental car agencies, and you couldn't find more friendly and helpful staff. Hopefully, no more accidents. But if it happens, back to Mizzoni's. Just to preface - I never really leave reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with Mizzoni's that I had to write one. My Lexus IS 250 was hit pretty hard on the corner of the rear passenger side (terrible because there was damage to the back of my car and the side). I do not live in NJ and had never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect or where to take my car. Both Lexus Roadside Assistance and my insurance company recommended Mizzoni's to me - so that's what I went with. Not only was everyone there so genuinely kind, pleasant, and communicative throughout the entire process (even when I would call constantly for status updates...Joanie is so patient and helpful and John is great!), but the work they did was flawless - my car looks perfect and they finished it a week early - I hear this is rare. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone...no one ever wants to get in an accident but I can't imagine a more positive and hassle-free experience than this one. I will definitely drive to Lodi, NJ (I do not live close by) for any future work my car needs. Also, I needed a rental car and they have Enterprise on-site, which is just an added bonus. read more

I found Mizzoni's over 15 years ago. At the time they were referred to me by one of the larger BMW dealers in the area. I had a $40K BMW that required $30K worth of work. After that job I drove that car for another 5 years with no issues to the engine body integrity or paint. Fast forward to 10 years back. I required extensive front end work on a Honda Civic. Again fit and finish were impeccable. Just recently my engine hood paint finish was looking poor, while the rest of the work was fine. I recalled Rick Mizzoni mentioned they offered a lifetime warranty. Well as awkward as I felt I went back with my original paperwork in hand. To my great surprise the staff took a quick at my car. Said come on in and proceeded to arrange for an appointment for a week away. Well I just picked up the car. The hood looks great! They honored their warranty, and I was incredibly impressed. Wanted to let anyone know who is considering Mizzoni Auto Body in Lodi our experience. We had a pristine 2002 BMW 330i, always garage kept and only 52,000 miles on it. Unfortunately we had a serious accident involving the front passenger, front suspension and with air bag deployment. It looked really bad, insurance company called it a total loss. We wanted to have the car fixed but did not want it to be anything less than perfect. We did our research and it paid off! Had the car transported over 90 miles to Lodi and it was worth it, every penny! Today the car is better than before the accident. It's really incredible the way they were able to seamlessly match the entire repair. Under any lighting condition or angle you cannot see any evidence of the accident. This is truly an art, to be able to restore a vehicle like this is just incredible. Hope we never have another accident, however if we did I would only go to Mizzoni Auto Body. Subaru 2018 Crosstrek My experience at Mizzoni's was outstanding! From the minute i walked in to the shop for a quote until the day I walked out with my fixed vehicle, I was assured that my car would get the attention it needed. The Mizzoni family and their staff are very friendly and reliable. They walked me through the entire process to make sure I knew exactly what I had to do and what to expect. I was personally walked by the owner to the car rental place(which is located within their shop) to make sure I was treated with care. I called while my car was being fixed, and the gentleman that was working on it got on the phone and explained everything he was doing. When I picked up my car, I was taken outside and again everthing was explained to me again. The work that they provide comes with a lifetime warranty. Best auto body place around!! Last year my boyfriend and I got into an accident in his camaro ss, it was almost totaled and they made it look brand new. Recently, my new IS 250 Lexus was hit at an auto shop that I was getting wrap done and calipers painted at. I was not in the car nor there when they crashed my car and they promised they would fix it as good as new, but they did a horrible job and the paint started chipping two weeks after they gave me my car back. I decided to go to Mizzoni's to get the job done right, and I'm so glad I did. The Mizzoni family are very professional, understanding, honest, and genuinely good people there. They do an amazing job and I'm glad to give them business. They really do care and respect your car there unlike the other horrible place I went to at first. I cant say enoough good things about this place. Great customer service. The estimate was fast and efficient, and he clearly pointed out what needed to be done, and briefly explained how it can be done. I went to 3 other body shops, and came back to Mizzoni's because I felt they provided a reasonable quote and good explanation. I may not know much about cars, but if someone takes the time to explain it to me in a clear way, I appreciate that and better understand your approach in fixing my car (it's comforting and earns more of my trust). That is exactly what they did. When i finally got my car back looked great!! They performed everything as they said they would. They washed it and had everything looking brand new when i got in, they even had place mats on the floor of the car! I want to start off by thanking Steve and Mike at Mizzoni's Auto Body. I have a personal car and work pickup and use both equally. The work truck was T-boned in late march and because I bought it at Route 46 Dodge down the road from Mizzoni's my insurance company gave me the option to get the work done at Mizzoni's because Route 46 Dodge did not have a collision center. Not only did I receive the truck back priority before the weekend of the 3rd week when I needed it vs. renting a U-Haul rental pickup which my insurance didn't cover, the work and the customer service were impeccable. For the amount of damage done to the side of the pickup and the rocker, it was a pleasant surprise to get the car fixed before expectations. I will bring all my cars to Mizzoni and that includes my personal Mercedes car before I bring it to Mercedes Benz for repairs. Thank you guys! read more

I have been going to Mizzoni's Auto Body for nearly a decade now. An I have to say they are one of the best shops in the business period! Between their quality of workmanship and the professionalism of their staff there is no chance you will be disappointed with choosing them as your preferred auto body. The place is family owned and operated and they treat you as such. Steve and Mike are great shop managers, they both know what is happening in the shop with every job at all times. Everyone knows how easy it can be for a body shop to mislead its customers. When dealing with these guys you will never have to worry about that. This place is absolutely off the charts!!! I bought a 2018 Santa Fe and Hyundai decided to put in a double mirror on the driver side review-view, which totally threw off my eyes. I went to Mizzoni's after I couldn't find a solid mirror replacement and met Steve. Steve came up with the brilliant idea that if I could get a glass shop (he suggested Accurate Glass & Mirror in Carlstadt) to cut a solid mirror then he would be able to affix it over the double mirror. Well, I set that plan in motion and I'm beyond delighted that Steve's idea worked out perfectly (see before and after photos attached). Everything at Mizzoni's was superb, from the pleasant phone answering to Steve's creative idea, my problem was thoroughly listened to and promptly remedied. I visited Mizzoni Auto body to have my car bumper as well as my tires fixed. I had the best customer service experience ever! I got back my car in no time and it was perfect. Nicely sprayed and everything. They replaced my tires on the house and I was so grateful. They even gave my car a clean wash! I felt very comfortable dealing with them. One of the managers (Roger) also helped me got everything done and suited to my needs. The body shop is conveniently located on Route 46 and even has a bus stop right outside for those who may have to take the bus. I would definitely use them anytime I have car needs. I would recommend anyone to go there. I have witnessed the great job they do and it's incredible. Why go any place else when you can go to Mizzoni? Pure perfection! First and foremost their service is phenomenal, when calling the auto body shop your call gets answered quickly and all questions are answered at once without a long wait time. These people really make you feel like family and the work they do is to the nines. I have had work done with them a countless number of times and I never leave that place disappointed. Their work is precise and they know you need your car ASAP so there is no funny business with that. Prices are great and the place is wonderful if you have to wait. I just recently had my vehicle repaired at Mizzoni's. It was in a rear end collision and I thought it would take a long time to get the work completed due to the amount of damage. To my surprise, my car was finished very quickly and they did a great job. The customer service was excellent. I specifically want to point out Chris. He took the time to go over every single detail of my repair and also gave me some great tips for future maintenance. He was very professional and courteous. The service I received reminded me of how things used to be many years ago when people took pride in their business. It's very rare to find a business that makes you feel that way today. If I could give mizzoni's 10 stars I would but they only allowed me to give five stars. This was my 1st time using them (I was recommended by someone) and they are absolutely AMAAAAAZZING!!! when they finished with my car it looked brand new, only if I didn't have a lot of miles on it I would have thought it was brand new. lol. My car was in their shop less than a week for the entire repairs. Their staff, Maria, Mike and of course Mr. Hugo is top of the line AWESOME!! I certainly hope I don't have to be inconvenienced (or someone hit my car again), but if that do happen again I will bring my truck back to Mizzoni's. These guys are awesome. I'm a perfectionist with my collector cars and they repainted the fender on my 2011 Mustang GT to fix a previous damage repair that was just terrible. Long story short, it was the same price as the other place and this time, Mizzoni's actually matched and polished it and made it look like new. I didn't go through insurance so I don't know how that would have been but it sounds like they know what they're doing from the other reviews. I can tell you that Mike and Steve took care of me like I was family. Rick the owner even came to speak to me. So, I've since used them for my 1989 Turbo Trans Am and the results are consistent. Don't spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Do it right and it will actually cost you less in the long run here. I'm a customer for life. read more

Recenlty I had done some damage to my 2013 BMW. After asking around it seemed like Mizzoni's auto body was the place to take it. Upon stepping into the body shop I could tell this place meant business, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful and they assured me that my car was in good hands. I was told it would take 4 days to finish fixing my car due to them having to order parts. On the second day I recieved a call by the male receptionist sayin that my car would be ready for pick up earlier than expected. When I arrived back at the shop my car was as good as new, It almost looked better! Overall I could not be any happier, I even had my sister bring her Range Rover there for some slight work and they WOWed us again. I highly recommend Mizzoni Auto Body. My sons car had 3,000 miles on it when it got hit. I took it to Mizzoni's and the entire staff could not have been more professional. They arranged to have the car picked up from my house within 2 hours of me calling them. I promptly received an estimate and a phone call detailing the process ahead. Rick went out of his way to call me to keep me updated. When I arrived to pick up the car it looked as if it had just left the showroom where I bought it. Couldn't tell it had been involved in an accident. The entire car was detailed and I was informed of the warranty in detail on the work performed. I would not consider bringing my cars anywhere else but Mizzoni's. They have gained a customer for life. read more
