The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, which makes a huge difference when you're new to a gym. A quick heads-up: it's a college town, so if you go during peak hours (around 4-8pm on weeknights), you might have to wait a bit for a squat rack or a specific machine. But honestly, that's expected anywhere -- and there's always something else to use in the meantime. Am I the only one who thinks a busy gym actually has great energy? It's motivating! They also seem to always have some kind of deal going on, and for $15-20 a month, you really can't beat it. Overall, an awesome place to train -- clean, upbeat, and affordable. Highly recommend!

I expected ownership for his words, but he began to talk over me and called me a "scammer." I realized by his unprofessional speech and behavior he was not going to resolve this issue and that I should leave. He stood up from his desk as I left the lobby in an attempt to escalate but remained inside. Verbal confrontation set off this individual and he was unable to skillfully mitigate the situation so I had to handle it via outside resources to get my solution.
