Micheal, stated they he would remove the car door repaint the whole door and repair two dents. He would also fix the mirror. Instead he fixed the mirror, painted spots and repaired only one dent. Micheal said I could only pay by cash because he quoted me a low price and then didn't do it because "what he quoted was too low". Additionally when I saw that the second dent wasn't repaired, I had dropped off the car a second time. He had the car for three days and did nothing. I came here a few weeks ago to fix up my car after coming back from my shift and finding the rear passenger side panels badly scratched up and damaged taillights. I asked for a quote online and was able to get into contact with someone within the hour. They were nice enough to wait a little later after hours for me as I raced to get there before closing time. Michael and Gary were both great, easygoing guys, made me feel comfortable and helped me talk to my insurance and set up an inspection date to get my car back on the road as soon as possible! I Sent SOS a message via yelp to get an actual estimate in a dollar amount of how much they would charge without having to bring it in first. I got a very reasonable quote $100 less than another shop wanted to charge. I brought the car in to make a deposit, and the price they quoted me was the same as yelp. I specifically worked with Gary who was very helpful! The part came earlier than expected. The work was done in about 4 hours and it looks great! I've brought a few cars to SOS over the years - a Benz, BMW, and a couple of Hondas. Each car withstood either moderate to heavy collision damage and SOS put them back together like brand new. You literally could not tell that the cars were ever damaged. When I first came here, I felt like I was in the right placed based on the abundance of late-model foreign cars in their shop, which is not to say they can't fix domestic vehicles.
