After shoulder surgery and completing physical therapy, I still had lingering discomfort. Jose quickly identified the areas needing attention. I began with deep tissue massages twice a week, gradually moving to weekly sessions as my pain subsided. The pain is gone but I am continuing with monthly deep tissuemassages for overall wellbeing. Of note: I appreciated Jose taking time following each massage to pinpoint areas of treatment on an anatomical chart and answering all of my questions.
