I want to love this place because it looks nice and most importantly is a convenient location for me but often I get hurt and also they are expensive! They charged me an extra $5 for shaping? I asked about it and he said yes they have shape? They have the same shape they have before. Yet the nail tech kept filing my skin I guess to charge more and appear she was shaping? Isn't a part of getting your nails done to file them? My nails aren't long and I just agreed to keep the same shape I had. I was hoping this experience would be a good one. The only thing that I can say positively is that the staff was VERY nice and welcoming. I went in today for a manicure and pedicure, basic, no gel. The overall outcome was poor at best. More time was spent on all the pomp and circumstance than the actual pedicure. The polish was poorly done. My manicure was just clear and even that was so bad. Bumps or bubbles all in the nails and the entire nail bed wasn't even fully covered. For the pedicure, poor polish and again, more time was spent on the lotion/paraffin than actually doing the pedicure. I paid as the staff deserves their pay but it was not worth the almost $100 read more

I stopped by the salon for some much-needed self-care, as you can see from my pictures my nails were an absolute wreck and needed desperate attention. This was my first time visiting the salon and the environment was beautiful and the staff were super welcoming when I walked in. I got a full set of powder dipped nails with some nail art and a basic manicure which included trimming my cuticles and a wonderfully relaxing hand massage. Even with a 20% discount it was still a bit pricey but it's also because I got some nail art so it was no big deal. My nail tech did an amazing job on my nails, his hand was really steady as he was doing my nail art and it was fascinating to watch. I really hate giving bad reviews. But I've tried this place over 2 times now and won't be coming back. I appreciate the flexibility of this place taking walk ins (esp during the week) BUT the service & quality of the nail services for the costs are absurd. Never should you walk in an establishment, not greeted by a nail tech and then have your gel manicure service rushed, messed up and the quality. But you can greet someone of a different race and treat them with superb service sitting right next to me. Today I left my appointment and when I got to the car with lighting I can see hoe messed up my gel manicure was done with the polish not placed around my entire nail, lumps on a few nails and the prior powder polish still underneath my nails. The receptionist is rude and condescending when it comes to payment when you are simply trying to understand what was charged. I can pay for my service x2. I don't need to be condescended like I'm being cheap when I'm simply trying to understand what I'm paying for and how much something was charged during the service. read more

if you need something basic this place is fine. My gel nails are always lumpy and not fully covering the nail. I tried again and chose a color for gel and they offered to match it for my toes but the color on my toes was a very obviously different shade of pink, almost orange compared to my hot pink nails. They clash horribly and I'm so disappointed after paying $100+. They were nice, but every time I come I leave hating something about my nails. read more

I have been coming here for over a year now and my favorite nail technician is Ti. She goes above and beyond to make me happy and for my dip nails to withstand my life of raising 3 boys. Man I hate that I have to leave a bad review but today was unacceptable. I've been coming here for over a year and today was the first time I had a bad experience. Kristy did my nails, and I did not like her energy whatsoever. She wasn't friendly at all. Then she went from charging me $35 to $40 for a fill in without explaining where the charge came from. I wouldn't have been as irritated if she'd at least shaped my nails right. I had to fix them when I got home. I never had to do that with Van or Gary. It's been a little over 3 weeks since I got my dip done here. There has been no lifting, chipping, or breaking AT ALL. For only $40 this is a steal in my book. The staff was attentive and kind, the manicure stations were clean. The only negative is they say they are open for walk-ins, but if you don't have an appointment you may be sitting for quite some time (I waited for 45 minutes). Even with this, I will come back again (this time with an appointment) because they're the BEST place I have found for dip since moving to Dallas! The nail Technician, Hannah, did a spectacular job on this ombré set! I've never seen someone do ombré with the dry dipping powder so it was cool to watch her technique. The worst experience of my life, first & last time at this place, I have been getting my nails done for years & nothing like this has ever happened to me, I got these nails on Friday 6/12/20, that same day 15 min after I left I went back to fix one that broke it didn't break with part of my nail so that one didn't hurt but while I was there I told him my nails were too thin & you can clearly see they are too thin, & all he did was add more glue to the back of the nails where my real nail & the fake tip are glued (seriously?!!) so now that has caused the rest of the nails to break with my own nail, it is so painful. I hate leaving bad reviews but I want to help someone else out by not letting them go to this salon. SHE MADE MY NAILS BLEED!! I came in to get an acrylic full set. First off they charge for every single thing: nail shaping, color, cutting nails, etc. Shouldn't that already be included in the full set service?? I asked to get medium length and the nail tech was talking about me asking for her to cut them shorter to her coworkers in front of me. Then they told me during the service the price which was $100. I appreciate mail places for telling you the price during the service. However $100 is not worth the service or quality of nails I received. I asked her to break down the price to me and that's when she said the charge for shaping the nails, and taking off previous nails, etc. Then while she was shaping the acrylic that's when I noticed blood on her gloves. Unfortunately, the worst pedicure I have ever had. Even worse at a price of $72. It appears there may be a lack of training or additional training of technicians. The technician removed my existing red nail polish and left the red staining on top of my foot. Soaked feet first for cuticle work, then immediately completed the gel. Then attempted to use the pumice stone on now dry feet. When he saw my face, he placed the other foot in the water to soften skin, then 1 minute later started on that foot. He never returned to the dry foot. It was a 30 sec scrub at best. AFTER, he put my feet in the water bath to soak? Then went to get the paraffin wax. He took my foot wet directly from the bath to the hot paraffin wax. As communicated, it was not a relaxing or an experience I will repeat. I did let the front desk know I would not be returning due to the service. There were no attempts to remediate or address. read more

I walked in and was greeted with a smile and immediately taken back to start my service. The salon is beautiful! Everything is brand new (they've only been open a few months) and very clean. I like the nail salon but some of the technicians are better than others. I've had some good experiences then others aren't so great. One of the good times I went in and got my nails done and walked out in less than an hour including wait time. But one of the bad times I waited for 45 minutes and walked out with cuts all over my cuticles. However the owner was quick to help with my cuticles and they healed in less than a week.
