    M&J heating and ac stole my money and suddenly refusing to answer any of my calls or texts. He tells me to give him a $790 deposit for replacing the hot water heater. Once I sent the deposit he refuses to answer my calls. What a scam. I'm filing a claim against them.

    Working in conjunction with CPS warranty services. I had a Samsung Refrigerator Icemaker that was…read morenot making ice. Technician came 03/27/19. Work was finally done on 5/8-9/19. Was told everything was fixed and new parts were installed to correct a faulty and poorly engineered ice maker. Everything works fine for a few weeks. The issue happens again. After a few back and forths between warranty company and DAS. I'm told that since my extended warranty had expired in June I am not under coverage for the work performed. Which I waited almost 2 months to have completed. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am an electrician and if a homeowner had called me about work that I had done that was not working correctly I would be there ASAP to address it. A 30 day window for parts and labor on a piece of equipment is completely unacceptable. Will not even send out a technician to even diagnose the problem. I have tried calling DAS and I am waiting forever to reach a supervisor. I understand home service work is not easy. But you should stand by your work and your workers. Worrying about money for work that wasn't even completed properly the first time is a horrible attitude. I am willing to adjust my rating as long as I am reached out to about this. A 2800 dollar refrigerator and an EXTENDED WARRANTY should at least get a diagnosis or figure out the problem. Their work should be GUARANTEED! I would completely understand if it was a totally separate issue. As of now, I cannot call them DEPENDABLE by any means. CPS is a totally different issue. WHY EVEN HAVE WARRANTIES! Edit: updating to 3 stars as of now. Received a phone call directly from Steve who could not be more of a professional. He will be directly looking into this issue and helping with what he can. I absolutely appreciate the fact he reached out directly to me to resolve this matter. CPS on the other hand, you should stay away from their warranty services. After hearing about their business practices and how little they helped me, I will no longer use them if offered. As for my fridge. Samsung is another culprit in this. They have been installing and providing defective and faulty ice makers in their refrigerators for at least 5 years now. They are currently in a class action lawsuit because of this. They will be hearing from me as well.

We were given a runaround for over two months on a part for our refrigerator, never getting calls back or updates. I confirmed a service call via text , the service man called my phone supposedly four minutes from my home, did not leave a message. Did not pick up his phone when I tried to call right back. Told by the office that he would not be coming to do my service call that I waited all day for. 0 stars!
