Drive in from Tulsa to pickup a Mazda that had been agreed to on the phone. There was a…read moremiscommunication between myself and the GM where he had agreed to a 5% flat rate based on my phenomenal credit score and meeting me halfway on taxes by lowering the car price a little. When I arrived to pick it up the finance paperwork showed the right price but at 5.54% APR. When I explained the mistake I was met with some resistance on pushing the rate back to where it was agreed upon in writing. Eventually after showing texts with the GM and a photo of the typed offer, and myself offering to just finance myself through Navy Federal for 4.75% the floor manager agreed to the original 5% and honored the list price, giving me a very solid deal, better than any in Tulsa. Much thanks for honoring your word even if there was a little push back initially.

Documented Material Misrepresentation & Pre-Existing Engine Failure…read more I purchased a 2021 Honda CR-V Hybrid from Crain Hyundai Fort Smith on May 15, 2026. Prior to taking delivery, my PPI flagged a diagnostic trouble code: B296E. Salesperson Tyler Accurso assured me in writing that this was a harmless "low voltage error" from a recent battery replacement. Relying on this explicit material representation, I completed the purchase. This representation was false. I drove the vehicle for less than 3 active days and fewer than 105 miles before a flashing check engine light alerted me to a blown head gasket. A forensic engine teardown by factory technicians at a Honda dealership conclusively documented a severe, long-term pre-existing head gasket failure and a warped cylinder head from chronic overheating. This structural failure existed and was actively present at the time of purchase. When confronted with the independent diagnosis, Sales Manager Ransom Chamness dismissed the claim in writing, asserting the code was for a "power steering pump." Honda CR-V Hybrids do not have power steering pumps - they utilize Electronic Power Steering. Industry diagnostics confirm code B296E targets the Electric Coolant Heater Pump circuit--a critical early indicator of a hybrid head gasket leak. General Manager Chris Attee later advanced a third narrative in writing, fabricating a claim that the code I reported pre-purchase was an "electrical short" and that his team "returned the vehicle to the dealership and completed necessary repairs." This is physically impossible based on the delivery dates and odometer timeline. The dealership has yet to produce any evidence of identifying or addressing the code prior to purchase. Three separate levels of management have now provided mutually exclusive, fabricated written narratives to hide a catastrophic pre-existing cooling system failure behind an "As-Is" shield. I have filed formal regulatory fraud complaints with the Arkansas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, Hyundai Motor America, and am initiating formal compliance reviews with the Arkansas State Police Used Motor Vehicle Dealer division alongside civil court action. BUYER'S BEWARE: Meticulously verify all diagnostic codes independently before signing anything with this team.

They give excuse after excuse this is the 2nd time they have had issues keeping mechanics. I can now see why how they treat their people and customers. 7/28 the owner hang up me when inquiring about my UTV. They don't care honor or care about appointments. There is no official system to track work, issues or appointments. High turn over rate. Stay clear if you want good service. 1 mechanic that works on Cars, boats, motorcycles, 4 wheelers, or UTV's. No one specialized in one type of vehicle. They misdiagnosed mine. Didn't even test drive it, told me it was ready took a day off work to pick it up to find out its still broke. Normal shops would continue to work on your unit they already stated was ready and in the work queue, not this shop. We will get to it when we can. My appt was on June 23rd. Didn't look at it till the July 2nd then again on the 14th only after me calling and bugging them. Told me it was ready on 15th. Went to pick it up on 18th noticed it was broken still. They did not test drive or fix it. Had both owners test drive it and they admitted it was still defective. As of 8/1 they still haven't diagnosed it or looked into it. Obviously the problem starts at the top with the owners and lack of leadership and professionalism. They keep taking in vehicles knowing they are a mechanic down and letting them pile up rather than fixing what they have. Avoid this place at all cost! Waste of time and money, nothing but headaches. Don't leave an honest and bad review the owner will stalk you, call you an fu*kin Karen and cuss you out right in the show room. Owner and 2 staff members cussed me out there. As I stated poor management/ leadership. He threatened to keep my UTV. Forced me to pay for repairs I did not authorize or they would keep my unit then threatened to call the cops im trespassing whe they still had my UTV they were bringing up front. Stated im not leaving till I have my keys. Found out 4 others took their equipment to another dealer because of the service. Should have read the other comments before taking my UTV there.

We have a vehicle that cannot be tagged due to issues with notary's on the title and a lien release that has never been issued. Called left a message with Jacob for Yolanda, waited two weeks and my husband called. Yes he is upset. We purchased in December, have made two payments and still can't even tag it. Is there a lien release? Is there a lien? Who knows. We were treated completely unprofessional. If you speak to someone in a manner its going to be given back. I spoke with the man who claimed he was an owner and I would never and will never recommend or return. I asked for additional owner information and was told it was none of my business on top of being told we were pathetic, difficult to deal with, called liars, said we didn't have our stuff because they still don't have the title for the car we traded in that we literally left the day they went. (Both were kept in glove box) I am appalled that anyone would speak to customers the way we were spoke to and yes, I will even own that my husband snapped back but I was professional, and the owner was nasty. Read and trust reviews people.
