The bid was within the range we expected and they proposed replacing our gutters which was something we hadn't requested. The gutters were the item that tipped us to choosing this group. We were delighted with the speed with which the job was scheduled. The weather caused a slight delay but they finished quickly and left no mess behind! He found the leak, which was a nail that was lifted. He sealed it for a nominal fee and was on his way. The roof has not leaked since. We had mentioned to Al we thought it was a bigger job of having to replace the flashing. I am happy Al was honest and fixed what the problem actually was and did not try to sell us another service. I will be calling him for all other home improvements and repairs that are needed as well as recommending him to others. Thanks Al.
