He suggested that I hire "Mexicans" to finish his work, and I must say, I was taken aback. In a world where we're striving for unity and understanding, it's disheartening to hear such divisive remarks from a representative of this local company. I'm not sure if this is a new business strategy or an unfortunate oversight, but it is disgusting and needs attention. I believe in second changes, and I hope the owner will address this issue with the appropriate seriousness it deserves. In the meantime, I'll be sure to spread the work about this company's ability to deliver both stone and stone-headed, unsolicited opinions in one fell swoop!

I have since learned this is NOT TRUE as per discussion with Cambridge company and several other dealers in the area. I feel as though this was a bait and switch and I am not happy about it. How do you not inform a customer that a requested item is being replaced with another? Too late to return since this timing was coordinated with my contractor and there is no time to get the other.
