We were so grateful to find both! The store is broken into three sections: men's, women's, and sundries. We called ahead to make sure we had the items we wanted, and we drove from Orange County to get there. We found everything we needed right away. The salespeople were friendly. They were so great with our puppy, who was so excited by all the attention, and were very patient with us. There's a decent selection of sundries and service in separate area as well. The only…read moreproblem was when I put it on today with my crossbody bag, within one hour it had pilled where the strap crossed the fabric and was horribly damaged beyond wear. The fabric was obviously faulty, so I returned to the store for help in correcting the problem. Instead of help, I was told I could not return or exchange it, and in spite of my best efforts to make the store owner/manager understand, she kept reiterating the store policy and went so far as to threaten to call the police if I didn't immediately leave. As someone who lives on the island, I try to buy local and support our community. I have purchased many things in this store in the past; however, they have lost a good customer. A waste of hard-earned money and the most disrespectful treatment by a shop owner I have ever experienced. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and I would warn anyone against a purchase here in the future.

The lady working there saw me going through the rack and said there were more sale items inside. She also suggested I try them on because some of the sizes might not be accurate. What drew me in initially was the display of sunglasses by the door. I can't say that I actually needed any sunglasses, as I had two pair in my car -- and it was also around 6pm -- but, I can never pass up a good pair of polarized, lightweight glasses. The pair I bought is very similar to Suncloud. The shop also carries Pura Vida bracelets/rings/jewelry, but it was a different jewelry brand that caught my eye. I love palm trees, and they had a necklace that featured three small palm trees on it. Guess that was meant to come home with me, too! They also have lot of apparel.
