They give you the feeling that they want to be there and that it's just not another job. It's an odd mix of a crew with the owners and management being Israeli and the contracting crew being Brazilian, but it works! The crew took their time and took great pride in their work, making sure everything was just right. I actually enjoyed having them around. They showed up for work promptly in the morning and went straight to work immediately, taking a break only for lunch. Pricing may be different than others, but that is up to you to decide. You get what you pay for and I got my money's worth here. Essentially you purchase all of the items you are remodeling like tile or a new vanity, for instance, and they charge for labor. Everything else is included. There is no worrying about time constraints. The job is one when everyone is satisfied.

When the work was complete we were very pleased and extremely happy. The closet can now hold my husband's and mine clothes without need a set of drawers. The bathroom is now a modern double sink instead of a 1970 single sink and dated room. We definitely we use them again because we trust them and they listen and perform wonderfully!!!!!

Inspections would fail on a weekly basis. Those who work quickly end up working twice and in our case more than ten times. The owner, Joel Brown, himself had the audacity to tell me (a paying customer) that my house was the "smallest job he was working on" and went on to say "I don't need your money". Unfortunately, the work being done was to the entrance of our home. The entire front wall needed to be replaced and we were reminded of their incompetence each and every time we walked through the front door. They failed to inform us that we needed to purchase a high impact front door. Not only did they throw away our current door (the one that came with the house when we purchased it)- They installed the incorrect/non-impact door and months later come to tell us that we need to purchase a high impact door. When I spoke to Joel and kindly asked him for a credit towards the balance of the work being that we had already wasted that money on the incorrect door, he was arrogant and told me off. He told me to stop harassing the girl at the front desk (which was pregnant at the time) He said "I can't have you caling and aggravating pregnant women so don't call back here". We practically threw away almost $400 on the non-impact door and ended up spending twice as much on an impact door. The first 8 months that we were living in our home was a disaster because of these people. There is nothing I regret more than contracting them to work on our first home. The actual job was completed on Friday February 28, 2014 and the permit wasn't closed and finalized until end of May because they were missing a signature from an engineer who was not returning their call. They told us that the balance was "passed due" as of the day the work was completed and I told them I will not pay one dime until that permit is closed, finalized and in my hand. Please save yourself the aggravation and search elsewhere for a contractor.

I think the response from the owner on a previous review is also unprofessional. I'm sure the customer is going through the same frustration I am. Stating he "couldn't find an invoice." Competitively priced, did what I thought was a good job and the owner was very professional. BUT that's where it ends. I called them back a year later to do a kitchen and 1.5 bath cabinet remodeling job in the same apartment. First the building management refused to work with them because they had caused damage at another job in the building that they got based on the floors that they did for me. So like many contractors they operated using a friend's name. The job was very poorly done, they never finished and I had to hire someone to finish their work. And the work was done poorly. Exposed nail holes in the cabinets, bad finish and insane delays that cost my client a tenant. Now a year later the FLOORING they did two years ago is warping due to bad installation, the kitchen faucets are all loose ( my handyman tightened them), the ceiling peeled where they banged it doing cabinet installation and we found more exposed nails . I'm getting everything fixed but they're not going to hear from me again and I can't in good conscience recommended them
